- Android packs in a lot of hidden gestures and quick shortcuts that you might not know even if you are using Android for quite some time. So, In this video we'll be showing you some really cool Android gestures that can speed up the way you use your device. We are demonstrating this video on Nexus 5X running Android Nougat 7.0 but most gestures should work fine on previous versions (Lollipop, Marshmallow) too.

You are the very first online reviewer to mention the swipe method of activating multi window, nice work.
Another handy couple of things I use a lot is double tapping the shift key so it stays locked on caps if I want to type in FULL CAPS. The other is to go into the keyboard settings and enable 'long press for symbols' this makes it really quick and easy to get to the symbol you want. The gesture delete and gesture cursor that you mentioned are my two favourite things about android at the moment

Hi! Thanks for the video! I am aware of some of the gestures mentioned, and I also learned cool new ones. The one I liked the most is the gesture to enter numbers or special characters without switching from the alphabetical keyboard. 👍👍

It isn't like that. Only the multitasking one works on Android Nougat, rest works just fine on Marshmallow too. I've tested it.

Only multitasking gesture works in nougat, all the other ones work on any other phone. Probably 5.0+.

The multitasking works only on Nougat, rest of the gestures work just fine with Marshmallow as well. :) I'll make sure, I'll be more clear in the upcoming videos. Thanks for pointing out.

for the swipe gestures, I use gesture navigation from xposed framework because the third party apps for swipe gestures don't fully function at all times. sometimes they get deactivated without doing anything.

Will the all in one Gestures work from anywhere on the screen? For instance If I swipe up with two fingers and I am in the browser will it bring me to the home screen? Or do the gestures only work on empty space on the home screen?
Really I love your videos although I am a geek but still something new from your videos
split screen, multuple screen, notification swipes, keyboard scroll, delete all, palm guestures, smart stay, flip over to mute/pause.. I thougt all these were available even on older versions of android. used some of these even on kitkat. well cool features, right? i miss the air call accept, hover to preview, air shuffle, smart scroll etc that my previous phone had.. hope we can have those back.

the zoom-in was really cool. But in google photos you need to zoom with two finger pin once for it to work, otherwise it will just exit the image.

I found UI TUNER in settings as mentioned but there is no option to enable split screen.
