I feel like you would enjoy watching simple traditional Mongolian throat singing. There's a great artist Batzorig Vaanchig here on RUclips. His vocals are beyond incredible.
I have seen these guys live, and lemme tell ya, their show is KILLER. The audience had old metal heads, younger people, POC, even kids in attendance. And every single person was fully into it. Also, they sound exactly the same live, they are incredibly talented and professional.
saw their last concert in Brisbane, Australia before COVID shut us down. Same group as you described. We all loved it. Everyone was pumped waiting for the doors to open. People waited hours to get in.

If you want to hear the HU live they recently streamed a Covid era concert with no fans in support of a charitable cause. It may sound weird but they are INCREDIBLE in it. The production quality is amazing. Each song is labeled before they start so you can easily start/stop it. You could go through the concert one or two songs at a time. Just sayin'. I can't wait to see them with fans but it's an awesome watch. There were a couple songs I hadn't heard and one called Black Thunder that was so amazing. If you search for The Hu - Covid 19 Relief Effort Fundraising Concert if should come right up. I can't recommend it highly enough and would love to see you react to it!
They opened for BabyMetal in Portland and Seattle last year. They had a great tour in the US in 2019. They'll be back. Also, as you get more into the international scene, always check for subtitles. They have them on Hu vids. The lyrics actually mean something important and make the songs much more relevant. It also makes Wolf Totem much more terrifying.
You need to listen to "Sugaan Essena". A version of their song "Black Thunder" specially adapted for...a Star Wars game. And you get to see the whole band, in studio.

I had the privilege of seeing them in Dallas Tx October 24 2019, my first concert ever. RUclips recommend them I clicked on it and it was Wolf Totem and I knew after I watched the video I just had to see them in person, I was deeply moved by them, it was more of a spiritual emotion for me than anything I have experienced before. I see that it did the same for you, as the same expression was on your face as mine, even the color of your skin changed, Awesome!
A wonderful arrangement and breathtaking views! They traveled 5 000 km across Mongolia to make the video in different natural zones. Each of them represents a part of nature - ground, air, water, forest. If you have a chance, please react to acoustic version of their song Shireg Shireg, a slow and very beautiful song. There are different styles of throat singing - kargyraa, khoomei, sygyt and some more. Usually they use the style close to kargyraa, it gives the lowest sound. But in Shireg Shireg guys use different techniques of throat singing, and small details of the sound are more noticeable without drums. After the song they were asked to demonstrate how ONE man can sing TWO notes at the same time a-capella, and it's worth listening to, too. Enkush uses khoomei and sygyt styles mixed in that a-capella piece. The video on the screen behind them is very strange to my mind, but the sound is great ruclips.net/video/iL6fKW4wiQ8/видео.html
IKR? My daughter and son-in-law turned me onto it. The second time I heard Wolf totem I couldn’t get it out of my head and didn’t want to! Crazy good crazy good !Save the Mongolians stuck in between the Russians and the Chinese! Their land is landlocked between the Chinese and the Russians.
