ASY is not a robot she can’t win every single time. She literally won China masters 2weeks ago. I hope ASY doesn’t join every single tournaments since she basically won major and so many tournaments
ASY has never been dominant and has lost two games in a row to WZY. You should be more concerned about why there is no Korean in the top 25 of the men's singles ranking. 😉😉
@ I feel bad for CYF, if I were her I would feel super ashamed and have miserable feeling towards ASY. 2023 World Championship, Asian games, All England, Olympic and etc..completely lost on everything.
@ it’s okay with men’s singles. We are more worried and having hard time fighting for our freedom and democracy. You probably have no clue what that means😊
@@uii43455 LMAO~The fact is that CYF and ASY only played against each other once in the Olympics, and CYF won and won the gold medal in that Olympics. All England 1:1. Uber Cup 1:0, Sudirman Cup 2:0, CYF won all those gold medals, and H2H CYF 12:9 against ASY 😀😀
ASY is not as unbeatable as people think. notice that whenever she played against an opponent that can match her basic game and retrieve a lot of shot she often struggle There's a reason why she lost H2H matchup against CYF & Akane I think she's pretty lucky that CYF lost against HBJ in QF, also WZY didn't qualify for that olympics
those H2H, ASY won more this year. Also, what’s the point if they are that good? Why can’t they control their mental physical?ASY was the most consistent player this year and there’s a reason why CYF, Akanen., and TTY didn’t even win a single medal in Olympics. They failed
@@K594-g5o It‘s a useless assumption. How can a player who loses to HBJ beat ASY? No one can be invincible to a opponent. But ASY was invincible during the Olympics.
Suprised to see her lost in straight sets. She seems not 100% fit as both her thigh looks unavoidable. WZY backline court stroke attack were 90% perfect. She also didn’t give much chances for her to attack smashes. Well! WZY should win $200,000 as HY is a slow pace player.
ASY's performance was much better than last time, which was 10:21 12:21😉ASY's playing style makes her prone to injuries. Her characteristic is that she has a long stride, which allows a wide range of defense, but her knees will bear excessive pressure.
Even when WZY gave ASY a chance to attack she didn't want to attack/gave opening for some reason, not until she was trailing at least. in the first half especially ASY looked so passive even though she played with the drift, she thought she could win this match by just grinding out the opponent. WZY is not the same player anymore. she's reliable in long rally and actually have good retrieving skills now.
It's somewhat surprising and disheartening how ASY lost to WZY so easily like this. It brings up a question about her physical condition, again, particularly with respect to her knee.
Her knee has no tapings, so I assume that's not a problem. Her thighs though is another story. I don't remember her having those giant tapings on her thighs previously.
@@doods20fer41 are u 100% sure she’s not interested to win after reaching SF after group stage. Bro! which players doesn’t wants the prestigious trophy n whopping $200,000. This time she can’t win as WZY were far accurate backline attack n didn’t let her much chances to execute smashes. Yamaguchi beat her did the same tactic n here goes WZY. Anyway it’s not impossible to beat a world #1. Absolute no excuse for been defeated.
An Olympics champion often can set the trend in style, and Wang Zhiyi happens to play with the same style that is reinforced by ASY's lead. Perhaps other types of style will come back on top later.
Congratulations to WZY and good luck for tmrw
We still love you ASY ❤❤❤
王祉怡太棒了 我觉得她和韩悦今年进步都非常大!

@@uii43455tbf ASY would’ve lost if she went against CY lol the moment CY lost to HBJ it was obvious who was gonna win the Gold medal
Still doesn’t change the fact ASY struggles big time against good opponents

Congrats to WZY, another 2:0 against ASY.💪👌

congrats Wang... defense was 👍
ASY..looked tired..a lot of wrapping on her thighs
Wang is winning 4 games in a row with ASY.
3 of the last 4, but yeah she seems to understand how to play ASY nowadays.

She looked worse as the tournament progressed. In the end, she had taping on both sides of her thighs. Didn't do her best in defense.😢

ASY played passive, seems not interested to win this tournament
Then why did she try so hard in group stage? I think her knee injury came back or something
