chen had partnered up with multiple people before. as soon as he paired with toh, their achievements skyrocketed and climbed up to wr6 in just 2 years. toh played exceptionally well here and chen has expressed multiple times that he is grateful that his partner is toh. maybe you're just bitter, because they make a great team.
