- Marilyn Hassett and Beau Bridges presenting the Oscar® for Best Documentary Feature to F.R. Crawley, James Hager and Dale Hartleben for "The Man Who Skied Down Everest" at the 48th Annual Academy Awards® in 1976. Hosted by Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw.
Marilyn Hassett should have been a big star.
BujoldComa78 Agreed.
strongly agree
Nice to see Robert Shaw.
The Man Who Skied Down Everest -- a great film!!!
OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I LOVE Marilyn Hassett and Beau Bridges!! Loved Other side of the Mountain! Thank you for posting this!
Not a fan of Beau but he was outstanding in that movie.
This was Shaw's sole Oscar appearance. He died 18 months later.
He would have made a great Trautman despite him not being American.
Shirley's doc was about her trip to Red China. Whatever happened to Marilyn Hassett?
Beau Bridges is so cute...!!!
The closest thing we had to a Japanese movie winning Best Documentary Feature.
Hope Japan does get an Oscar for Best Documentary Feature soon
I also hope the biopic movie about Muira gets an Oscar
Beau Bridges is adorable.
Was Shirley Maclaine's documentary about reincarnation?
I want to see Raquel Welch and Kirk Douglas presenting at the 1978 Oscars.
I just recently noticed Marilyn on a 1974 episode of "The 6MDM" titled "Eyewitness to Murder", she's a babe in that also.
Marilyn Hassett is a very underrated actress. Beau Bridges is a very handsome dude. I have an an autographed picture of him.
Grey Gardens should have been nominated.
Robert Shaw 🫡
