You can't get no closer than this with your body shivers and your feet alive watching your favorite Fighters like the F-18/F-15 Eagles are clear to use Military takeoff power
Some nice footage there, but the title of the video is very misleading. As far as I could tell all of the take offs were routine, apart from a few farewell wing waggles.
Come to avalon next march, the spectator fence is about 20 metres from the runway you can feel the heat of the engines. of course if the B1 is visiting, well theres lots of heat to go around :). Thats avalon - melbourne - victoria australia.. so it might be a trip :)
Andrew Puckridge If you do go, unless you want to see static planes, or take offs and landings, going outside the fence is a better view, they fly right over your head, you have access to shade and you don't have to wait 45 minutes to go to the toilet or experience walking through 5,000 people to get to the toilet. Oh and it's free. Although they closed off the roads that had access to the best spots like rhymes farm which was right next to the runway and taxiway.
Thanks - it does look like some of the display video is taken out of the airfield. Dont know how big the airfield at RIAT is but avalon in melbourne is a full on international capable commercial airport so onthe 2 1/2 display days there are about 50-60,000 people per day there . (its only every two years and is the only one of its size in OZ so people come from all over). If i ever get to England I will spend one day in airfield and others out :) With a side trip to the "loop" in wales...

Woow!! Aircraft are some of the most badass looking machines!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Loved the people sitting in the back of the chinook
Great Video,I was slumming it down the Park and View end, really must get my backside into FRIAT for this.
I had a feel like , these planes came from another planet , entertained us for few days and go back to their home 😞 sad farewell

Great video. I hope this years departures are just as good
Fantastic Video.
I have Liked and Subscribed to your Channel.
Great video cool
nice way of saying bye bye after take off by tilting left and right
Rafale is so much more dynamic than the others. The only one that take +/-90° of roll angle 8s after take-off. Rate is 270°/s !
Full take off rolls is no longer allowed since a Saab Viggen did it right in front of the audience a number of years ago...
Rafale? zzzZZZzzz
Hey Elwyn R !! You channel its so cool, man !!
I'll be there next year to see it for myself Lord Willing
Great footage!!!....
Always throws me to see how routinely Tornadoes fly with all those pods hanging off them.
Well I say ... not so spectacular .... but , Hey ..... great up Elwyn R !
I was there it was the Monday morning
All cool, but nothing beats an electric lightning for a take off

Чинук тоже помахал на прощание =D

Old machines
Funny, the planes look so small from that grandstand, it feels like they're RC planes and not real.

Smert rashistskim okkupantam !!!
Just not as beautiful as the typhoon...
All of these planes are nice, but old technology, 2nd and 3rd generation. No 18E, 22, 35'.
Most of the fighters were 4 and 4+ but allright.
M CAT & neutchain - You 2 numpties are picky, I'm glad there was no F-35 as it's a fat pile of crap!
