They also made his hitbox bigger and like we know they nerfed his f-tilt.

@@michelrussell2014 Buffer a jump out of up-throw and quickly use a double jump to get high enough. Then Fair, Uair and Nair are your follow-up options. You tend to only get it at low percentages and floaties seem much harder to get this on as well. Aside from that, it's mostly just practice.
They screwed Up Air hard too. It doesn't scoop grounded opponents any more, has smaller hitboxes and it's laggier. Clouds definitely the best of those characters mentioned and is obvs still viable but they did not have to do that to his most important moves.
