On a tour around London the tour guide said Dutch courage came from the fact that the Dutch sailors were the only ones that would come into the docks when the plague happened. All the best to you on your journey.

Nice vlog. FYI you can get a national rail 1 stop from St Pancras to Farringdon then get the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow, prob quicker than Piccadilly Line from St Pancras
