If you do not agree with these views, do keep in mind that their views might have changed after nearly 30 years. Understand that this interview is from 1993 when gun violence, ethnic violence and awareness about gun violence was spread far-out, but not on the political agenda treating scandals like nowadays. Not everybody was exposed or responsible for their exposure to as much information as they would in 2021. These guys do not condone violence, and they also do not oppose raising the issue of violence for any artistic view.
'Glorification of violence' in the media was a hot political topic in the US back then. Their stance on that is not the same as opposing satirical or artistic speech about violence.
    Knock yourself out. Bitch.

the worst about 'protecting' your home and family with guns is that that in many cases (like Kurt's) they end up being the actual thing that destroys a family. Seriously the US is so fucked up. Guns all over the place and people know you carry so they need one as well. Many countries have legal gun ownership but not at all the problems that the US faces.

you made such a good point, also, the caption contextualises the period of time in which the interview was taken, which is very important if not essential.
