Carrot Pilaf, a Must-Have for Weekly Meals

    We need:
    1 medium onion
    3 medium carrots
    Half a cup of brewed saffron
    300 grams of cooked and chopped chicken
    2 cups of pre-soaked rice
    A cardamom seed
    Some barberry to decorate
    1 medium potato
    Spices of your choice
    Oil
    Keep these tips in mind:
    ✓To steam the rice, place it on high heat for 15 minutes and on low and indirect flame for 45 minutes.
    ✓You can pour the mixture of carrot and chicken after steaming the rice separately with barberry on the rice and serve.
