Because he himself was the one that done the typing on Genburton’s PC, think about it, Genburton couldn’t type all of that while moving around. There’s literal videos of him talking about it with Mande all even before the algs

He can hack on console. I was killed by him last season. He spoofed his PC and tricked the game into thinking he'd console and he will just aimbot the lobby or auto Sentinel the lobby
He turned on dev tools. A dev can be flagged as a dev and get access to the dev tools on their home PC. He's flagging himself as a dev. Basically, he's getting GM tools in Warcraft. That's why he can spawn, ban, and give away things. Everything a GM/Dev can do.
Oh, it's probably client packet side injection, if he's the one making the bullets register onto the heads of the players, like desync, what the client see's vs what the server see's. If the calculations take place in the game first before they go into the server, he in theory can make himself more important to the server and his packets corroborated with a higher priority. Idk. Just an idea. But if you can inject information into a packet, I wonder what else can you inject client side that the server relies to deliver to other players.

Think of those videos where a dev catches a hacker in a game and bans them live on stream. Those are the tools he has access to. They are built into the game. He flagged his pc/account as a dev. He didn't even hack into anything outside his own home. He just flagged himself as a dev.
Maybe they will actually do something about the widespread cheats going on in the game and not blatantly ignore it or allow it to go on. All this publicity sheds light on a huge problem in the game, and it forces the company to actually do something about it. So I am all for it
Microsoft, google, and pretty much every company has a bug bounty program. Microsoft has bounties up to 250k USD, this is standard practice in cyber security, to get paid for your work.

He technically didn’t hack apex the game. He hacked Hal and Gen. He most likely had direct access to their personal machines. The evidence that is available suggests that he sent them trojans and he had access to their pc long before the Algs. If he wanted to make a point or simply have fun and cause chaos, why didn’t he turn the game upside down by giving everyone these abilities.
