Absolutely! Home is amazing and decorated with fantastic classy style. In Michigan that is a $3-4,000,000 home and that’s just average cities. If you built in the elite cities that $12,000,000+ easily.
I’ve watched this like 6 times! It feels and looks homey. Tastefully homey. I’m not a fan of open plan kitchen lounge, only thing I would change, but honestly this is uniquely beautiful
Depends, where is it? How many bdrms, baths? Is there a basement? When was it constructed? What brands are the appliances? Does it have an attached garage - how big? Is it a “smart” home…..how energy efficient is it? What size is the lot? What are the views? Is the landscaping done? Does it have hardscaping (patios, walkways, pool, fences, walls, etc.? What are the taxes? What are the comp values? Is there an HOA? Where are the amenities (schools, medical, dining, shopping)? What is the commute/traffic? What’s the crime rate? There are way more questions to answer before anyone can jump into a random answer!! Showing a house with beautiful furnishings that are not yours and that will not be in the house when you move in, isn’t a good way to judge interest or fair market value (sales price). Either show the MLS or keep moving.
This is a beautiful home and nicely decorated and THE PRICE POINT IS AWESOME! it's not overpriced etc..etc.. BUT! it's all about "Location" , because I've seen some beautiful homes in places (cities/states) that I would never want to and wouldn't be comfortable living in... when I was house shopping, I turned a home down just because of the neighbors (based on what I saw going on in that brief few minutes, was a warning NOT TO BUY THAT HOME!) And I love this house (but I'm not a big fan of Texas!)
too bad you didn't show the upstairs, front and backyard...but it's still gorgeous from what you've shown...whomever lives there is very fortunate...hope they have wonderful memories there...
Yessss, My biggest saling point for me is the downstairs master bedroom and bath. I don't like houses with the master bedroom is all the way upstairs with the kids and the other bedrooms. I have to be on the ground floor so i can hear everything around my house at night and more privacy from the family. If i had the money absolutely i would buy immediately.
Property taxes a year in Texas would run around 25-30,000. If you wanted insurance expect the same price. So, 50-60,000 a year just in property taxes and insurance.
