Seattle Walk in Rain at Night in Downtown

- Walking around the core retail area of Downtown Seattle at night during a flood watch where the video begins with heavy rain then clears up. Taken in November 2021
Didn't intend this upload to be shorter than usual but I missed the first 15 minutes of heavy rain. And there a few instances in the video where I swapped the audio to avoid copyrighted music playing and loud sirens.
I’d love to go to Seattle someday. Until then, this video is beautiful!

I am praying to get back the good times and the beauty of your streets & stores, the happiness of the people faces, when I think about Seattle Downtown it was a magical time that I wish comes back soon. I've been told on numerous RUclips videos that Seattle natives don't use umbrellas, just thick rain jackets or whatever. Yet, any time I see an actual video of Seattle when it's raining, I see lots of umbrellas!
They are a Coastal city, with lots of wind. Wind and umbrellas, NO GO! This is a day without wind.
Plus, Washingtonians are used to rain. Lots more people without umbrellas, than with.
From 206 to the 425 say fuck an umbrella
I live in Seattle and it does depend on how hard it's raining. Rain this hard, I would have grabbed my compact umbrella out of my desk before I left work. Otherwise, I have a thick jacket with a hood. As my mum used to say, God made me waterproof.

Been watching your videos for a while now and decided to try my hand at it, in an inexpensive way, alllll the way over on the East Coast in Philadelphia, PA. Maybe some advice. Steadying cam? Hard to do on a budget... Anyway, thank you for your inspiration! I've visited Seattle and love it there. Philadelphia has a fairly large downtown area, compact. Born and raised in WA love the trees and the beauty of the state and that rain but there is also some ugly with the people
And yet I’ve herd that this city has a homeless issue and is full of garbage and yet I see none of that I just see a beautiful place :D
