Seattle have too many homeless and the cost of living is extremely high, the pike market have section8 and they don't have a list they tell there friends and get them in, they don't do the right thing by the list, one of there manger just got fired for having affair with one of the tenant and harassing the tenant.

What the hell is with all of the horrible singing in this? Used to hear people playing the guitar or something when you went downtown now it’s weirdos with karaoke machines that have absolutely horrible singing voices.
