What I love about your videos is that it doesn’t feel like I’m watching someone do nothing, you’re actually doing something and putting work into it which to me makes it so much more relaxing. Whenever I watch other asmr videos I just can’t help but think to myself « I’m watching someone rub on random items », but you’re actually working on something, and you’re doing a great job :)

I feel the shoes really needed an acetone cleaning...that would have completely stripped off the existing wax, the black gunk and even the factory finish...
I feel the saddle soap, the scraper and paint thinner were just not cutting it...
Then the shoes are then ready for the new paint with leather dye...
What do you think??

I like these videos, they seem very relaxing and how the finished boots turned out was incredible.
PS: I loved those boots.
Looks good, as always. Why no cloth buffing after the wax? I find that kind of seals in the wax. The brush I see more as a first step in kind of spreading it out and getting it in the pores. The final cloth buff then takes whatever is left on the surface and more firmly and evenly embeds it in the leather.

Se ve bien pero no se compara este trabajo con un bolero mexicano, los mexicanos son más pulcros, utilizan sus brochitas para cada tinte, crema o grasa, no cortan las agujetas, las retiran, no lavan tanto la piel, hacen igualación de color del zapato y utilizan al final una tela que hacen que rechinen los zapatos de limpio y quedan super brillantes.
