Brodie, I agree with your points in your video except one. I argue point that angle of attack, not airspeed is everything. I acknowledge it’s like the chicken or the egg situation, but I say that only because the airspeed indicator is converted angle of angle of attack indicator. Even the FAA has confirmed that SA of Angle of Attack and actual AOA indicators would increase safety. Again, you have many great points mention to the nuances of a great accurate consistent landing. Really good point but as you say, how many GA aircraft are equipped with an AoA indicator and how many low time pilots are trained to interpret them? Let’s hope that’s an instrument that can be more prominent on planes in the coming decades. You’re not wrong.
