I HAVE 2 WEEKS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I DO REGENERETION AND NEXT DAY THE PROBLEM STAY . CAN SOME BODY SHARE SOME TING SOLVE THE PROBLEM.? WHAT SENSOR NEED REPLACE.
@@videoexitos check the egr valve acuator if it opens up when you open the key and if it doesnt thats your issue you will need someone elso to help you performe this task

You can remove your speed sensor behind the transmission, just keep it plugged in and ziptied to a nearby hose so it won’t get in the driveline. It’s just held in by 1 bolt. It will fool the computer, and you can go freeway speeds and avoid the 5mph derate and tow truck. I had to continually do a forced regen at a mechanic, it would never let me do a regen. I threw 9k at the onebox before I had to replace it @13k. About 6 months later the after treatment control module shut me down again. I’ve had it in the shop for three weeks now, they replaced the ACM, still doesn’t work, now waiting for an ECM. Cascadias are money pits that will bankrupt you. The pre emissions trucks are going to be the only trucks on the road pretty soon. There is a huge parts shortage for all the sensors, and computers for those new trucks. The mechanic said there are tens of thousands of trucks waiting for emissions related parts. This is the planned supply chain shutdown that is supposed to lead us into the green new deal.

It happened to me on my way home and took it to dealership changed knox sensor but came back on my way back to work...DEF sensor or DEF filter is sh** a** on old freightliners...the code comes out as sensor drift inlet low or outlet high...abnormal temperature in Diesel system

Happened to me last week had to break speed sensor all the way out and drive 45. Needed DEF pump. DEF pump on national back order FYI burns truck and trailer ripon California they have them, 2015 range Cascadia

Same thing without Spn number. I cleaned up the filters now going to see the efficiency of knox sensors and lets see what happen. Btw what could be happen in one box? Mech told me about distance become in DOC!!
Yeah if ur one box needs to be changed

It’s happening to me every time I pull a steep hill with a heavy load and is happening more and more often now
You need new Knox sensors
If not then. Then you need to clean your filters

@@geobkdon bro you need to clean your pdf filters I think they are full. Clean em before it shut down on the road.
2nd thing also check. Your Knox sensors if you need to change them.
That same thing happened with me and I clean dpf filters and Knox sensor but still same thing going on the hill

Bro that’s the problem with the def system it could be anything def filter cleaning or maybe Knox sensors

It’s only going to work while the sign is on.. if it’s not on then it won’t start
Sometimes u got get all 3 lites on for the parked regen to come on, 2 yellow amd the red 1
