Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
Hello today I brought strawberry shortcake with lots of strawberries!
There are 5 layers of strawberry inside the cake, so it would be perfect dessert for strawberry lovers :)
It became famous in one of the cafes in Daegu, and I think it's nice to make it at home. It can be a great gift since it looks cute.
I used about 25 strawberries in the cake, and if you want to decorate the cake with it, you'll need more.
I bought a pack of strawberry, and I couldn't decorate the cake with it due to lack of strawberry. I should have decorated with sprinkles.
▶ ingredient (15cm ring pan)
3 egg yolk
25g sugar
4ml vanilla extract
3 egg white
30g sugar
60g cake flour
20ml milk
15g butter
▷ bake at 347℉ for 30min.
25~30 strawberry
400ml heavy cream
30g sugar
30g sweetened condensed milk
sugar syrup

For the sugar syrup, use 100g of sugar and 100ml of water, boil it either using a pot or microwave.
It's more delicious to use fat than vegetable oil for whip cream.
You can replace strawberry to kiwi, banana, raspberry, or any other fruits.
