Sorry to point it out, but early on the video gives wrong information. PREVENTING evaporation doesn't keep you cool if it's hot, because evaporation of sweat is the process that cools the skin. That is why we sweat more when it is hot, and THAT is why we need to keep hydrated. I thought everybody knew this. I mean, refrigerators and air-con units work by means of an evaporator... (??) However, a shemagh folded to be multilayer will help keep you cool. It does so by keeping the sun off.
I've run my shemagh like this for a while now after seeing this video, and I love it. Definitely the best way to wear it in my opinion. I really like the channel, keep it up!

There's the tactics and strategy side of it, there's the training side and there's also the administrative and logistical side. As far as setting up the tac vest, are you curious about which pouches I use or what I put in the pouches? Thanks for the support and for the questions!!
i mean like how to do train and what should they have to join and like this stuff and i mean like what do you need to have on your vest to be ready to play like hydration and pouches and this stuff and please do more about how to videos !

A Shamagh is a bit like a Fat Bird. They also keep you warm in the Winter & in the shade in the summer. :-)
Well. If it is cotton, it does not hold you warm in winter time. Specially if its wet. And you live in Norway:)
