I've been using Lume for about a year and a half, actually, and I've been using Lavender Sage for a long time. But then recently they came out with a new scent called Juniper Berry, and I really like the scent and so I started using that and I've been using the stick obviously. But my wife, she uses the tube. It never even occurred to me to use a tube, and for the longest time I was like, "Why do they even sell it to about deodorant?" It just didn't make any sense to me.
I thought I'd give the tube a try just to see what the difference is. So I started applying with my hand directly on my armpit rather than the stick. Applying with my hand actually works better than applying with the stick. I suspect that it's because I get a better coverage with my hand, and I probably also do a better job. I got to say, after applicating with my hands for a couple of weeks, the result is actually better for me. I'm noticing less stink than would otherwise be there. I now apply all my Lume using my hands rather than the stick. And so I'm a convert.
