If it is a skimmer which rises up from the bottom of the pond, you could try cutting the riser pipe by about 5cm to prevent it running dry.

The problem with it is that it clogs up really fast. It could use a bigger basket and a stronger motor. Otherwise I recommend it.

Hallo,
ich hab da eine Frage, bei mir geht das Teil einfach so unterdem Betrieb hoch, sodass die Pumpe Trockenläuft. Kann mir jemand dazu ein paar Tips geben warum das so ist?
oder wie man das stoppen kann?
