So glad I have found videos just to hear this man tell me I am not crazy and that it's not over for me and the back pain that is hindering me from walking each day for over five years can and will get better if I can find how to fix myself.
You may need some team members to help you get on your feet again like Brian did in the podcast. It's tough to go it alone. If you want some help, we are here! If you are under 18 years old, speak with your parents and have them contact us. www.p2sportscare.com/contact-form-youtube/ Just reference this conversation.

Only 10 comments? Wow, I’ve lent my book to coworkers, coached them and referred two people to a McGill provider. There are so many people being told to do movements that are aggravating their injuries; it’s crazy. I’ll get my turn with Dr. Cambridge on January 23rd!
Nice interview. I have encountered a back injury that happened back in October while doing box squats. It caused me to not do anything for about a week and thenI slowly got back into working out. Between then and now it bothered me a lil, but nothing serious. Recently it has started back and is at a high level. I cant do my normal activities. Mainly, I play basketball and my workouts are related to the sport. Havent been able to in about a week. Any feedback on what I should do or the type of specialist I should go see.
This is the exact progression that happened with my back injury. Ever since the injury, there was instability and now I live Day to day with nerve irritation. I’m hoping to see Dr. McGill soon because the certified clinicians are actually further away then he is.
Heyy that was really a great podcast. I've injured my L4,5 disc and it shows broad based disc pretrusion with right lateral recess stenosis. Its been 3 months my doc has asked me to go to complete bed rest for 2 months and now its been a month since bed rest, he has not suggested any exercises to me. I'm really confused what should I do, cause i think bed rest alone won't help. Please help with what should i do(I'm 22 yo soccer player)😔🙏
Hi Aniket. I'd suggest doing a customized program for this nuance of an issue. If you want some customized help getting over it just message us privately here. If you're over 18 years old. www.p2sportscare.com/contact-form-youtube/ Just reference this conversation.
You'd need some planning since you have a few things to be honest. i'd love to say everyone's rehab and treatment is standard but there is a lot that goes into it... from exercise selection to the coaching style. If you want help you know where to find me www.p2sportscare.com/contact-form-youtube/
What about the 70 yr old granny who walks all day, no problem ..then lifts something wrong and is in horrible pain? HELP,! Lower back, and has caused constipation.

He is the man
Excellent. I have a l5/s1 disc protrusion with an annular tear. Can I return to squats after complete rehab?

How does one rehab a back that has disk and facet issues ? I have both and don’t know where to begin.

Oh no! Sounds like you need an exam to see what is going on.
