Today I have prepared my Double Crusted Peach Cobbler! It’s such a delicious dessert that’s perfect anytime and for any occasion!

2 - 23.5 Oz jars sliced peaches in fruit juice
3 - 15 Oz cans sliced peaches in light or heavy syrup
Granulated Sugar
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla Extract
Rum Extract
Salt
Butter
3-4 Pie Crust shells
Egg or Heavy Cream

Perfect. So tired of videos making cobbler with cake - nice to see the real deal for a change.♥
I lightly bake my dumpling pieces so that they wont be gummy after baking the pie.It’s like having pieces of pie crusts throughout! My favorite desert.

I love dewberry pie but we can no longer find them so we use blackberries.
The cobbler that I eat the most is Peach cobbler. My grandmother always makes extra crust on the side and so I also make extra crust on the side because just like my grandma I love the extra crispy crust.

You the only one I seen do that put the little dough pieces inside the peaches I love it and the way you do it you the only one I seen don’t cook peaches on top,of stove your recipe is so unique remind me of my mom she likes lot of crust and she like the double crust

Beautiful! I do make a double crust and if I make the lattice, I cheat! 😌😌 I never thought to put the extra dough into the cobbler as little dumplings! I will definitely do that the next time. Thanks again for another AMAZING recipe!

Bake it for 50 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes depends on your oven. When it pulls away from sides is a good indicator when the crust is done.

You can bake it for 45 /50 minutes.
Hi 👋🏾 Yes depending on your oven temperature it can take anywhere from 50 minutes to about an hour.
Did the peaches still have a firmness to them?
Yes they do! That’s why I don’t cook the peaches prior too so they can maintain texture. Thanks for asking!
@WhatAdrianneThinks I never really felt confident with my cobbler in the past. Never liked the idea of flimsy peaches. I will give your version a try.
