There's a number of good looking watches out there for the price point. This particular watch however caught my eye the first time I saw it. Just something about it that seemed to stand out from the rest. Great looking timepiece !

Great video. Great watch. I have this exact strap on 4 different Longines VHP's. I turned the clasp around (takes 5 seconds/two clasp pins) on all 4 watches and found it to be SO MUCH more comfortable on the underside of my wrist. Try it!

Go for it! I got mine 2 weeks ago, so far I'm loving it, the ceramic pops, the 41mm bezel is pretty big so its perfect for any wrist.

Thank you for this rather explanatory video of this iconic and well-made watch. I would like to ask you for advice regarding the rubber strap of which, I have a contrasting opinion: I like the fit but I find it slightly bulky and usually attracts dust and lint. Not knowing this in the specific case, I would like to know if it is also comfortable as a fit under a shirt and a sweater and if it spoils easily over time. Ciao, Marco.

I own this model a few months now and must say it looks incredible. So elegant, high quality of crafting. For its price its remarkable craftsmanship. However, the downside is its automatic movement and unless you are wearing it on a daily basis, it stops after 48h. At least for me. Also, the basel and glass are so sensitive to fat, sweat and dirt, the glass is always greasy. Have to clean it a few times a day. My other watches (Breiling and TagHeuer) are not so sensitive, not even close.
This model has 72hrs Power reserve try it winding 35times by the crown. And good that you're happy with Longines😊

Hello, your wrist is 6.5in! As I said in the video there are only 2 sizes available in this model that is 41mm and 43mm and no 39mm so go for 41mm! 39mm is the older model/previous generation model! You can go for that too, after all your choice! But go for smaller size! It will look good!😃

Great Review. I Like this new version a lot over the last version that seemed to have a face and bezel cluttered with too many "chubby" indices. I especially like the the Lume shot. My older Longines Quartz Lume is not the best vs. my Rolex. How does the new Longines HydroConquest compare with your Omega Seamaster? Is it an improvement over the pre 2018 Lume?
Both are good... not much difference! Indices of my Omega Seamaster are bigger than Longines so it’s just slightly better on Omega but then sword 🗡 hands of Omega has less lume so Longines takes it over. So Both are equally good if you compare the Lume!

If one is using a winder box to wind this particular model, which direction should be used in settings (bi-directional, clockwise or counter clockwise)? And also, what is a minimum amount or turns pre day required for this model?
I don’t know I don’t use any winder. It’s not needed actually!
Given a choice between logines and a favre leuba diver which one would u go for
Favre Leuba! After sales Service is good also official straps are easily available in less price which are adjustable and does not have clasp option! I’m coming up with a comparison video stay tuned!

No, you don’t get any extra straps. But you can buy it separately from your retailer.

I saw the chrono black in Sydney outlet in the Queen Victoria building and i was amazed by its beauty, stunning watch.
You can compare and see if you really need a Chrono. if not then you can go with any colour, all look stunning.

I like the this version of the hydroconquest but the one thing that bothers me are the indices right at the edge of the dial.
It doesn’t make a big difference. It looks good and clean, you will get used to it! Watch looks really good! 😃

Exactly! It comes in a standard size! After you buy it, it will be cut according to your Wrist size! Always Keep it bit loose!
Too bad no clear caseback to show the movement like the cheaper TISSOT that is also 30 bar and half the price. Bought it because it's a better watch and movement than the Tissot...but still feel like missing something that can make it greater

Yes it can be hand wound plus it’s automatic. Out of the box Accuracy will vary from watch to watch. My watch is running +-4 secs/day.

Cut it. Use a cutter or Victorinox Swiss knife will do. But mostly the authorized seller will do it for you. 👍

It was not the matching color of the rubber to the blue version of the watch... Otherwise a wonderful watch! 👍

Good review, but man, that dial design does not work for me. The 6, 9, 12 are SOOO oversized. They're clownishly big and make the dial look imbalanced. Otherwise nice looking watch.
