In a way, Fei-Long did was IP Man would of done which is refuse to create injustice to the world. In a way, Ip Man was the one who originally trained Bruce Lee to be a martial artists. Since Fei Long references Bruce Lee, Fei-Long would have a same mindset as Ip Man. Ip Man refuses to allow injustice happening and so was Fei Long. It is like seeing Bruce Lee picking up the same mindset from his master.
Watching Fei Long fighting Balrog is like watching Bruce Lee challenging a boxer. So in a way, Bruce Lee's master IP Man should be proud because when IP Man challenges a boxer 2 times, IP Man was struggling. 1st time when IP Man challenges a boxer, IP Man was struggling to deal with the no kicking rules from the referee. IP Man nearly got KO but barely beat the 10 count. But he found a way to beat his opponent without kicking. As for the time he challenge Mike Tyson, IP Man did not get a chance to give Mike Tyson big damage. Good thing all IP Man had to do was make MIke Tyson's timer run out and then IP Man automatically wins. Other then that, Mike Tyson had proved that he at least did make IP Man bleed. So in a way, this version of Bruce Lee is handling a boxer even better then his master.
