As for the Joker, he’s shown that he can work with and manipulate people with power, so imagine what he could do in a world full of Quirks, especially with those who feel rejected by society. I think they could have a big impact, for better or worse, on a much larger scale but what about you. anyway thank for the vids i really liked it!!
they'd definitely garner attention, no doubt about that. both of them will earn their rightful place as a hero and villain, with Batman, despite having no Quirks. He'd surely be known as the only Quirkless Hero that may provide assistance and techy stuff on my assumptions. Joker, well, Spinner made it to the LOV without much showcase of his Quirk aside from his appearance. I think Joker would be able to, too.

I would focus less on his real life versions and more on his Series, Comics and even Game versions. I also would look for proper scenes instead of only TikToks they tend to get repetitive and they don't really provide much informations
