Folks I sure do appreciate you posting this for people to be able to do their own work on these vinyl windows. The fact of the matter is this fix can work on any vinyl window that has the same basic components.
Again thanks a lot for sharing this information showing an experienced window repair guy, makes a big difference when it's done by video!

Thank you for the video! Great help in my endeavor to repair my old VinylMax double hung replacement windows. I could not determine the best place to make the cuts in the vinyl track for the balance shoe replacement. Now on to try and find a replacement balance shoe.

+1 for that. I was able to fix 3 windows for the cost of new bars/pivots....and zero in labor.
