7:06 Once again, a more efficient and IMO clearer way to do this is with a subtract Nodon, with right minus left. It's the same efficiency with only one enemy, but it saves on connections (thus reducing spaghetti) if you expand further since you can send both those signals to multiple enemies with a single connection.
BTW setting an object (such as a sphere) to Invisible will show the textures without showing the indentations on it :) (Still in the middle of this video when commenting this, disregard if that's done later in the video)
Sure thing. You can do it a few ways. Both use the head nodon. The head nodon is always the origin point of the camera 📸 You can connect multiple shapes to the camera to place the score where you want it. The second way is to connect an object to the camera and use a freeslide connector and find the coordinates X,Y,Z that would put your score on the screen where you want it. If you need a concrete example, i think part 3 of this series (the one about rings) has a section where I add a ring score counter kind of like what you’re talking about.
I am worried that my GBG RPG Overworld is too big, and I'm wondering if you could make a tutorial to have the same X or Z coordinate when you switch games. What I mean is can you make the player be around the same area in another game.
I could only figure out how to share one variable through the game switching Nodon provided. I thinking others like JJae and Loop&Snoop have videos on some fancy mathematic ways to send more than one number - If you do that then you can send like a “zone” number to determine where to spawn you In but that might be a lot do deal with 🤷♂️. Maybe section portions of it off and just send a score along, it’s hard to manage bigger project in GBG
Will you recreate any bosses from sonic?Id think that you would do the first boss from green hill zone, but it would be easier to recreate the boss from emerald hill zone.
using your tutorials I managed to make a fnaf game, I wanted you to see it G 001 x41 53l ZL for start and pull up cameras B and A for doors D pad for navigating the menu, screen and L and R for changing the AI difficulty
It's amazing how Game Builder Garage is still an active community in YT.
As long as I get an eggman boss fight at the end I’m happy

I feel like this is enough effort to make an actual indie game in something like unity 😅
Are you gonna continue the action adventure rpg game?
Yes, after the Sonic series is done.
Ok good because I’m using that for my game along with the sonic series@@DaveNodon
Save some nodon by eliminating the 0.00 constant nodons, as no input is automatically 0
For the enemy, I would have done the ufo nodon than the person nodon
Maybe you can do one on an air dash (I don't think a homing attack would be too possible)
Can u help me with smth im making a mario 1-1 level from the nes and i finished the level but i cant get the score to move with the cameras
