🔴Will the RAM Dakota truck pose a real threat to the Ford Maverick in the small truck market? 🤔 🏆Toyota CEO Drops the Bomb with ALL-NEW $22k Compact Truck WATCH HERE 👉 ruclips.net/video/EYLx863W1IE/видео.html
All Compact trucks on the market suck!!! They are too small, but the full size trucks can sometimes be too big!! We need something in between! And that does not exist yet!!
If they don’t come out with a midsize pick up to compete with Ford and Chevy, they might as well file for bankruptcy right now. No one is buying full-size trucks anymore because they can’t afford them. SMH.🤦🏻♂️
Not likely to see a 25000 dollar pickup around here ford mavericks are 35000 to 41000 a used one with 40 to 50 thousand miles on is priced about 25000 . They need to go back to the first generation Dakota and build a new version of it .. just a good sensible mid size truck ...
lets face it the car companies found that selling trucks 85 thousand no body buying these out rages monsters another thing they can do is drop four door cab design
Yes.....More bed is cheaper than more cab and many of us don't intend to haul the whole family around in a Mini truck. There was a reason the Subaru Baja didn't survive the Bed was too small to be of any real use. Here we are with the same situation a car with an open trunk.
I really hope this guy is wrong about Dodge making the dakota a compact truck. The mid size truck market is not contracting, the whole market is contracting. Auto manufacturers just dont want to admit it was a stupid idea to pump out so many fat and overpriced full size trucks and nobody will buy them. The affordable mid size truck was the best idea that got thrown out by these greedy car companies and incompetent engineers!
Today’s mid-sized trucks are the same size as the full sized trucks from when I was 25! I want a mid-sized truck, not a full sized truck. The full sized trucks are too big for what I need.
You talking about the cab of the maverick hybrid, you have lost your mind that we want a better interior we want simply better hybrid not more expensive
Bad decision RAM. With the GMC Canyon and Chevy Colorado having so many problems, and the Honda Ridgeline being under powered, Its basically a 3 pony race between Tacoma, Ranger, and the Frontier. And the Ranger is over priced. If ram can make the Dakota a midsize with about 340 to 50 hp with more torque at a Tacoma price, I think they would take over the world. If they can get their transmission quirks worked out.
What a crock using the last generation GMC Canyon for the body only to rearrange the front fascia. What a joke for a lame report. GM is returning the El'Camino to compete with the Maverick and Ram Dakota. The El'Camino SS will have V8 power as one of the power terrain options.

No the maverick serves a market for a first car with no frills at a great price
Imagine if they brought back the compact single cab style with a manual and hurricane on a rwd platform. That would sell like hot cakes.

The Chevy Colorado and Ford Ranger are between compact and full sized. And they’re the size that I want! I agree with you.

Jeep gladiator is trash- BRING BACK MID-SIZE DAKOTAS!!!!
This truck will suck!
Don't use the Dakota name for this down gade...please!
Stellantis will screw it up
If it's hybrid only I don't want it
Regular cab, 6.5' bed, 2x4 yukon auto locker 392 gears, 6SM, V6 pentastar...
If it was a real compact, it better be the same size as the 90's pickups. Tired of them calling big boxy sized half ton looking trucks as compact.

Gee. I guess I'll keep my 2000 Tacoma then. It's all the truck I've ever needed. Might even downsize to a KEI truck.
0:01 2012 Dakaota, 2014-2022 Colorado, & 2021-2025 Ram 1500 TRX have been shown. 0:29 😮 Even up to 2:06 a Ram Rampage hasn’t been shown.
Ram had better keep the reliable 3.8
3.9 was very reliable then the 3.8
no body on frame and turbo engine are big mistakes ...

2:36 hmmm 😮😮😮
Watch out for the incoming KIA Tasman in 2025. Looks mean as hell with several power options.
If you do it, make it look like a truck. Not a truck with down syndrom.

3:04 Yea eh
5.2 Liter standard 30 mpg and a R/T Hemi version should be considered
There's no competition for Toyota, they are just simply the best.
No ill keep my 24 zr2 lol
Why are most vehicles being sold with turbos these aren’t very reliable I am just saying 😂
Unibody? No thanks
