Holy moly the skill level required to make this part off the scale. It could so easily have gone wrong. Brilliant work once again. And the rolled thread...excellent 👍
Thanks for watching. ☺️ I’ll try to take more. But this video’s concept is real speed and popular tools. I want to show to guy before make it. And try same and more beautiful parts. ☺️ Off course when I make parts for customers , more seriously. Can not care for camera angles.

Thanks for watch and comment ☺️ In fact those movies are loose little bit. I hope that most of young watchmakers think and do more good work. ☺️from old guy.
Thanks, someday I'll male again. So it's difficult to make with recording movie. I usually check many times but in the movie can not many time of check sizes. then if you can see as a only processing movie :-)
Thanks ☺️ Both are ok to before and after. I think, when burning that surface get many damaged then many filing it after bluing. And I like light blue for setting lever jumper. It’s easy to filing. Other way I make more hardness parts , filing before hardening.
Sorry I misstated. It’s about making setting lever jumper. Your question is about winding stem. Sorry. Making a slit is. Must be after bluing. If make a slit before burning. Will bent a that point.

Very skillfully made! What are the wire and soap for?
Thanks for watching. ☺️
Steel rod is just SK steel.
Soap is a hand soap.
@@tanakayawatch I mean why you use wire and soap?
Sorry, Soap is to prevent oxide film.
It makes it easier to polish later.
Very nice example of making a winding stem! I like your threading tool, too! Where could I find one like that?
Thanks for watching.
It’s a rolling dies made YAMAWA Company in Japan.
Micro rolling dies are 0.5 ~oversize.
www.yamawa.eu/prodotto/rolling-dies/
@@tanakayawatch Thank you very much for the info! And I have enjoyed your videos!
@@tanakayawatch What is the model# for the rolling die you used? RA20.7? I'm looking for the die to cut threads on stems.
I usually use YAMAWA’s miniature rolling die s0.9. for winding stems.
Code no is. MS-RS-D S0.9X0.225
Can the die tap adjust the thread cutting size? And where can I order from? Thank you very much.❤❤❤❤
Thanks for watching.
I bought it from www.yamawa.com/
That company has many branches worldwide.
Size is 0.5 to big size.
Класс!
Thanks!
😍😍😍
Thanks ☺️☺️☺️

The fit of the clutch and tooth gear seems a bit loose on the winding stem.
Yes, I think too.
@@tanakayawatch I hope I was not rude, but as a clock guy I thought it was a bit loose. Will you make an other one?
