    why cut the setting lever groove after hardening and bluing?

    • @tanakayawatch
      @tanakayawatch  2 года назад +1

      Thanks ☺️ Both are ok to before and after.
      I think, when burning that surface get many damaged then many filing it after bluing.
      And I like light blue for setting lever jumper. It’s easy to filing.
      Other way I make more hardness parts , filing before hardening.

      Sorry I misstated. It’s about making setting lever jumper.
      Your question is about winding stem. Sorry.
      Making a slit is. Must be after bluing.
      If make a slit before burning. Will bent a that point.
