Very nice work. I used to do the final polish with pith wood covered with compound too, but now there are many modern synthetic rubber compound infused wheels that I think work better.

Great work, may I suggest you demagnetize your lathe collet, the graver, and the blue steel rod. This will lessen the swarf sticking to the work.

片重りは面倒ですね。
しかし、私は振り石の位置を天輪にマークしてバラすので、静的片重りはやってないです。動的だけでチャチャっと取っちゃいますけど。

Part of rivet that I usually using normal shape tungsten gravers. Tip is around 45 degrees.
Different to write to explain. So maybe you want to cut very deep Then gravers are broken and touch a correct point. Only cut 45 degrees.
