The service is super fast. Bio degradable plates. Clean and neat. Quality is good. Only issue is they pour a lot of ghee. Otherwise, everything is top notch

Too much of anything is bad! The sheer amount of ghee they pour, makes the food taste horrible after a few bites! I went there because of the hype, never going again for food. It has become more like a hangout place where people order tea or smoothies and hangout with friends late at night.

I think the reason why people are flocking to RC for eating Dosa is its as close to VB Dosa as it gets and they can get this one relatively more easily. I say relatively more easily because RC has more outlets than VB which is onely 1. And the wait at VB is probably far far higher than RC. So basically RC hasis doing much better when it comes to scaling up their operations to serve far more people.
They get customers. Thats all that matters. In Kerala, we have India Coffee House outlets, which is a co-op type business. their sites are not that good . Its busy but they dont know how to capitalise. Rameswaram Cafe knows how to capotalise 😮

Rameshwaram is great, try there Sakarkai Pongal once. Not available in Online Menu.
