- I noticed a lot of people in the comments don't know what I'm talking about when I say "Did he say that word in a Mario game" at the hammer brother point. I was talking about how he said the word n@%b.
Wow, I got this out really fast after my killjoys list! ...Okay, to be honest, that's because I was alternating between working on these two videos on different days. But I'm really mad at myself for uploading this shortly after that, since my killjoys didn't get enough views, so here's the link to my killjoys revision. • Top Ten Biggest Video ...
I decided that if I'm doing Superstar Saga DX (Which, funny thing, it's been a year since I did that game), and I decided, maybe it would also be ideal to sin the rest of the Mario&Luigi RPGs. (So to those of you pestering me to do Bowser's Inside Story, I'll do that eventually. It might not be for a while, though.) Anyways, if you know me enough, you’d know how much I love Partners in Time. I really don’t get why Nintendo skipped this game when doing remakes. But even if they didn’t, it would still have flaws.
Next Everything Wrong With video: My first time sinning a non-Nintendo game. It's a game that's already been sinned by some people, though.

@@Jann75 Exactly, it only means that Mario and Luigi have defeated them. Popple can 'explode' up to four times on separate occasions during Superstar Saga, and he still reappears in Dream Team!

If Baby Tears can destroy the Shroobs, why didn't it kill the Yoob when the babies we're crying inside it?
Also, if Yoob isnt affected, did Yoob just stay there?

In Bowser's Inside Story after defeating the Shroobs in the freezer, Starlow somehow correctly guesses that baby Luigi defeated the Shroobs by crying at them.
I loved this game with all my heart, loved every single second of it. Glad to see this game in a 2019 video. Thanks man. This is just pure nostalgia.
Actually, if you drill in Yoob’s body, you can see on one of the screens (dont remember which one) that Yoob is in pain since his eyes close and his facial expression seems to indicate that he is in pain

Missed Sin: There's a scene where Luigi hides from an enemy behind his baby self. Twice. That is so many levels of messed up.
Don't forget that in Bowser Jr's Journey you literally fight dozens of Shroobs. I think they say they were also stored in the freezer which is bullshit because there were only three of them. Also, that means they unfroze the Shroobs only for three more to be frozen.
C'mon Alphadream, are the Shroobs gone or not?
Then again, they were also in the original BIS, and then AGAIN, they had to have acknowledged the shroobs to even add that section in that game again.

All the Shroobs were gone.

And we still haven't heard anything about a re-make. How odd.

Also for some reason three Shroobs were sealed in a different chamber than the one Bowser Jr. released which is more confusing for a lot of reasons but oh well.
I guess we'll get in the answer in the PiT remake 20 years from now
I should also point out that Fawful didn't stay dead, because he made a cameo in this game and became the main villain in Bowser's Inside Story. It's the same reason as to why we hadn't seen the last of the Shrooms after this game, because in fiction, death has no meaning when you have enough fan service. I mean, just look at the X-Men movies!
You guys are all wrong btw, if you look on the top screen in the BIS shroob fight, there are many shroobs frozen in the background, only 3 thawed when Mario and Luigi fought them tho.
Speaking of Time paradoxes, if you go back to see your younger self, that would mean your younger self would grow up and visit their younger self later on, which is a loop, but will continue forward normally.
I found a way to take out a sin. That chomp rock the six Yoshis push is much bigger, so it’s likely heavier, plus it might be made of something heavier than the ones in Yoshi’s Island.

7:56 ironically, Ice Flowers were great because they more often than not debuffed the enemies’ power, defense AND speed - and it was MORE likely to happen to bosses that weren’t surrounded by minions or other targetable objects like Sunnycide’s eggs. They also helped you cheese the Kamek fight since only the original got debuffed and showed the debuff indicators. The fact that they never appeared again in the M&L games could even perhaps be in part a testament to how unbalanced they were, besides being sort of redundant with Fire Flowers

The shells I'm tired of yeah, but Fire Flower in Dream Team was by far my favorite attack. They finally made it better then mash A then B then A again.
Post video note: Everyone always says you can't get out of the sewer if you didn't open the pipe, but there is a purple ! block there that will raise the pipe if you didn't use the Bros ball gear.

Partners in Time is my favorite M&L game and is partially why I pick Baby Mario when playing Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. I would've LOVED a remake.
I’ve played the final boss so many times.. Ive seen that really rare time hole attack twice.. and I’m not lying.
I saw the attack three times in my first playthrough. This may be because I kept dying to the final boss before finally beating it after some grinding.

And yeah, this game's soundtrack is pretty damn great. Those boss themes are GOLD! My favorite of them is the Bowser one and OMG, I love the music in that cutscene that starts playing when Elder Princess Shroob got released, like omg, what a way to set up the mood!

P.S. How the Shroobs Stole Christmas
I first played PiT when I was like 7, so the credits scene with the "sad-scary" music made me really uncomfortable and I was remembering it and freaking out for like 3 weeks
In my opinion, the Shroob invasion should've happened in the present instead of the past
And make the entire time travel plot be done in the past by the younger Professor Gadd and make it travel to the Future, so it could justify the Baby Mario and Baby Luigi being present by accidentally going inside the time holes and using them for Mario and Luigi to take refugee in the past in between chapters
The plot would've been more less the same and with less time travel issues

In the shroob mothership, Princess Shroob actually talks to the Bros. and it has translated text. The symbols for "destroy" are showing up as other letters too.

FINALLY!! someone who likes 3d world more than the other 3d mario's. OMG people want to hate this game because its on the wii u and its not an actually 3d game unlike other 3d titles and everyone is so pissed when someone puts 3d world before mario galexy (sorry i suck at spelling) but the game is so much fun. The powerups are amazing and use them to access great paths. you can play with multiple characters (i love playing as toad) also small toad is the cutest thing ever! he is so small and his voicelines make me squel even to this day. and the multiplayer OMG the multiplayer. even though the camera is mediocre the one mechanic the crown made me and my friend play the game so competitavly, collecting as many green stars as possible getting all the powerups (except i dont get the white tanoki becuase thats cheap) and trying to get to the top of the flagpole. The crown alone made it one of the best multiplayer in mario games ever. there are many other things i could have listed. oh and BOWSER DOSEN'T KIDNAP PEACH!!!

I'm sure by now you understand, Every Mario and Luigi final battle involves Bowser some how, at least Dream Team gave Bowser God Powers, and Paper Jam showed us how much of a threat two Bowsers can be.

I want to see a new Mario & Luigi game or even another remake on the Switch! The only problem with that, is the fact we only just got the Bowser's Inside Story remake on 3DS early this year, so chances are we will have to wait until at least 2021 for that to happen.

If the Hydrogush extinguished the lava spewed from the volcano, how did the water NOT dissolve the Shroobs in there? Did the eruption just shield them or did the water not reach them? Also, how did the fire not incinerate the shroobs in there? One way or another, those shroobs shouldn't have survived at all.
Water doesn't kill shroobs, only baby tears do. Also we don't know if they can die because of the eruption, and even if they could maybe they got there after the eruption. After all, the mothership can clearly get thing into the volcano, and they had all the time in the world since the brothers had to fight a boss in the meantime
I actually hated shrowser so much that even now, I only consider him to be a final minigame, while elder princess shroob is the true final boss

The most likely reason for skipping PIT was because Nintendo is trying to introduce new fans to Fawful and Fawful plays a huge role in both Superstar Saga AND Bowser’s Inside Story!
My theory for why the Pokey has a skeleton is that they're actually a kind of echinoderm (the phylum containing sea stars, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, etc.). Echinoderms are known for their spiny skin (that's what echinoderm means) and they have an internal skeleton (Not a real skeleton like vertebrates have, but a calcium carbonate test. For example the sand dollar "seashell" is actually the leftover skeleton of the living animal).
I guess that sounds like an interesting theory. Though I thought I was told that sand dollars actually WERE living things, though maybe I heard wrong
@@meta527II Sand dollars are living, but when you see them on a beach or in a seashell collection that's the skeleton. Living ones have this "fuzz" on them.

There is a reason as to why this didn’t get a remake. Because it didn’t sell well, Alphadream would not have seen the point of remaking this game. As much as I hate to admit it, I like DISGAEA 2: Cursed Memories, but I know that it is very unlikely to be ported to the Switch since it didn’t sell well back when it was first released.
I was rather impressed by your attention to detail throughout this video, especially the part where you pointed out the plothole/mistake about E. Gadd's age, because being the massive Luigi's Mansion fan that I am, I immediately picked up on that and it still bugs me to no end. However, there are a few sins I would like to respond to, and some of my own I would like to add.
17:25 I'm pretty sure it's been established that Peach has multiple castles across the Mushroom Kindgom, hence why the layout of the castle and its surrounding area is different in almost every game.
17:52 The Shroobs aren't actually made from Toads, nor are they mutated forms of them. Some members of the species just so happen to resemble certain Toads such as Toadsworth. With that said, +1 sin for that coincidence.
22:04 I disagree. This is by far one of the bleakest credits songs I've ever heard in a game. It honestly made me feel a little depressed after hearing it, and it's something I never expected from a Mario game.

Why does nobody in the present remember the Shroob invasion? (+1 sin)
The North American version, which was the first version of the game released, is more unbalanced compared to the Japanese and European versions. For example, some items are more expensive and enemies have a lot more health. If you want to check out all of the differences between the different versions, I suggest looking at the game's page on The Cutting Room Floor. (+10 sins)
The Japanese and European versions include an additional song that plays at the end of the credits. It's the title theme played on a music box, and it's a really moving piece that's just enough to make up for the depressing credits music. This song wasn't present in the North American version. (+1 sin)
The babies cry _way_ too much. (+1 sin for every crying moment in this game)
