When he said "Witcher, whose coins did you take (for the contract)" her father lowered his eyes, I think it was him, he tried to do everything to protect his daughter, for which he was later beaten and when she returned to the village she was killed, or he wanted to stand in her defense, for which he was beaten and she was killed.
Ciri looks so badass and "has grown a pair". That's more than the whiny dudes on the internet complaining about a female protagonist and/or her looks. Can't wait to play this!. Adressing the looks of Ciri - Just rewatch the Witcher 3 Trailer called "A Night to remember". Geralt in this trailer looks different, compared to the game character too. It's "just" a Trailer and our Queen has grown up. Im excited.
The only worry I have is Ciri not being able to be wrong or mean. It’s more of a new game apprehension tho. It makes a ton of sense that she’d take control and continue the story. Super excited for the game.
There’s something beautiful about my favorite characters in video game history growing in there span of time while I grow in mine. Just makes these RPGs that much more special. This trailer gave goosebumps off her taking up geralts mantle. Her scars and appearance alone wears the years and trials she probably had to go through perfectly in my opinion.
I didn't even notice until i looked at old footage, but ciri's arms are like 4x more bulky now. Its fantastic. The changes they made for her post trial look is fantastic. Can't wait
Haters can be mad it’s Ciri all they want. I’m gonna be grateful we have another Witcher game because once again we will get to experience amazing writing, acting, and storylines that 99% of studios can’t even do.
I mean I dont blame her, It's her livelihood. She don't play video games as a hobby, its how she makes money, unlike you and me. She probably dont even like video games but it's still better than having a real job I guess.
@@tomlaw8821 Not talking about Fuzh, but majority of gamers don’t give a **** about the game they play, they really don’t. They do it for their fans because fans are the source of their income and popularity. Sure, there may be some instances where a game may be interesting but thats just a rare occurrence.
as she should... the game isn't subbing to her channel and helping to pay the bills. but stay mad though, you strike me as the 'games gone woke' type of dolt.
New here, I’m a Witcher fan and you popped up after game awards. I’ve pumped a lot of hours in and only concerns is the woke stuff people are talking about and the change of the lore (women don’t survive the trial of grasses). But it looks gorgeous. Hopefully they can tweak Ciris model and make it more like her in Witcher 3…. She does look pretty phenomenal just a stretch from the Witcher 3. And … how do you say your name? Like Persian Z, or like S? 😅😂
Welcome in Lees! She looks very different from the Witcher 3 but I think she still looks amazing in this one and all grown up. I am really hoping the voice acting also measure up to the hype! My name is also pronounced with the z like Fuzz - pauzy. Story behind the username goes way back to my childhood
Having Ciri as the main character is cool. But better to be the Ciri we got at the end of Witcher 3, not a witcher herself but one who can wield a sword and taps into the elder blood using poweful magics. This new Ciri seems to have no such powers. She is far more powerful in that game, than in this trailer. In this game, Ciri essentially turned into tokenised female version of Gertalt and witchers in general. Better to create a new female character all together. The other problem with Ciri being a witcher is what has been established in the books and previous games. For one, the Trial of the Grasses has to be done when they are children. And most do not survive. Secondly, when you read the books, the process was created with a biology of a man in mind. Not a woman. As this process will call all women. So the game will have to explain how it is possible for an Adult to become a witcher when established lore says this can not be done. Then you have to explain how a woman survived the trials when lore shows that the process was created with males in mind only. As the potions only take male biology into account and not female. So the game will have to come with a new history where a new method to create witchers was created, one for female biology mind as well as how an adult can withstand the trials. A different type of witcher then those before. The game will have to explain that as to not destroy established lore. I'm not holding my breathe but we can see.
@@MikeA-k8z Then CDPR will have to come up with a great explanation how she survived the trial of the grasses as a grown woman since the books indicate that all young women died in the beginning so they stopped trying to mutate them. Whatever it is, I hope they make it good and not break the lore.
@@fuzhpuzy You'll enjoy the books, no doubt. But since the developers and writers of Witcher 3 are gone to start 2 new gaming companies (Rebel Wolves, Blank Studios) let's just hope the current developers can live up to the task. Cross your fingers :)

Literally talked over it.
