Garmin 1040 , 840, 540 with most of 1050 features

There is a new beta firmware update that gives to your 1040 , 840 , 540 most of the features of the all new Garmin edge 1050.
Garmin released a public beta firmware today that brings virtually all of these features to the Edge 540, 840, 1040/1040 Solar, and some to the Edge Explore 2. There are a handful of hardware-specific differences that aren’t coming, such as the bike bell, since that requires the speaker. @@ioannidesalex i dont think so, tried but no success. i can only leave the beta program, but there doesnt seem a way to downgrade the software
