no no, it doesn't mean older bikes will have to be fitted with ABS. it means it would be compulsory for manufacturers to introduce new powerful bikes with ABS as standard. I don't think the bill has been passed as of now, proposition is there.

I'm 5'6" bro, I'm very comfortable with the bike. For a beginner rider, I wouldn't suggest Duke 200. it's powerful and very fast, better to get some experience before you get into Duke terrirtory. You can start out with gixxer or hornet, very interesting machines.
