I enjoyed yr vid; I was a visitor from New Zealand last month and walked this boulevard often from 70th St and The Bank of America towards Harbinson Ave and noticed some land marks.
El Cajon Blvd. (and University Ave., for that matter) begins as Washington Street just west of I-5 near MCRD. Washington St. and University Ave. split off about a mile from I-5, and not far past CA-163, Washington Street turns into El Cajon Blvd., which as seen in the video, goes all the way to I-8 near the Grossmont Shopping Center.
Looks like they got Elcajon bl cleaned up
