- Extracted from the latest Union Cross Event quests related to the Keyblade War released today in the Japanese version. Those quests are being released in the global version as well, and will be uploaded here as soon as they are available (they're supposedly going to release them fully throughout September as part of the 4th Anniversary event).
So what they're basically doing is turning the final events of the PC Browser version into quests, as flashbacks, leading to the Keyblade War.

Omg, this song was great when it was in the epilogue, but the full version is so much more amazing, i had chills the entire time. It really gives off the vibe of wanting to be righteous but held back by sinister intentions which is such a parallel to the foretellers
Something I always found interesting is the fact that when Chirithy explains the history of the Foretellers, he mentions that MoM gave his apprentices their keyblades and their names. I feel like there is some significance to the fact that he would have chosen these names for them.
maybe as irony as if you think about, for the most part they are the opposite of the meaning of their names. Well for the first five, you never really know with Luxu...

@@zerobeys also the MoM isn't a prideful person either. He shows a lot of humility in not thinking he can avoid a destined event, his comment to Ira is an acknowledgement of his powerlessness, trying to defy fate is an example of hubris after all. Its unclear if the triumph of darkness is truly set in stone, bit if you assume it is true than all of his actions make sense.

Nomura confirmed October will be a month full of Main Story updates and released two screenshots.
One is that Brain was chosen by Ava and the other was MoM talking with Luxu about his childhood.

I can't believe I failed to realize the song from kh3's epilogue actually appeared in the back cover movie a few years before kh3 came out. It's pretty amazing. This is pretty much the next saga's equivalent of organization 13's theme, and I love it!
Yup, now I want all of the Daybreak Town Keyblade wielders to listen to this theme and explain to me, why did they even decided to follow the Foretellers.
For serious though. This is a huge change in the atmosphere. Seems like the Lost Masters saga really is going to free itself from most of the PG shackles.
Shiroshii KH will always be PG. It’s Disney. Also, the very first KH trailer ever had the darkest KH track in existence, “Destati” and it still ended up being light hearted. It may get a tiny bit darker but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
Interesting how they’re making it seem like the foretellers will be the villains of the next saga...very intrigued to see how this all turns out.
@@kingdomheartscomments8742 Yes, that's why I used the word "most" to describe that it has no chance of completely abandoning them, yet KH has definitely been trying to find its way around this to make the story entertaining. It's one of the charming points of KH imo.
While the whole contrast could be noted down as balanced, you're definitely right that at most time KH was a light-hearted adventure with ruinuous undertones.
There's just something about the Lost Masters saga, and the X saga that holds the atmosphere of a much more serious conflict, because it tackles unknown motivation at the top of already known to us tropes of betrayal, manipulation, civil war, human experimentation and so on.
I think that Nomura will try his best to push the boundaries as far as he can, and it's not really like Disney doesn't allow that. It's just that they are desperate to not be looked upon in certain light, so as long as the dev team avoids giving them the reputation and robbing them off from potential customers then all should be okay.
Again, might be really hard to do, if we take into account recent events that really gave Disney a lot to think about.
As for the next saga itself(will refer to it as the Lost Masters saga, if it's not a problem), it does seem like the clash will be centered around the Fortellers and the Guardians of Light, but at the same time we also have the other reality with Sora, Riku, Yozora and the Master of Masters which could mean that we'll be fighting on 2 fronts until we'll save Sora and the Master will escape too.
The Foretellers are sort of manipulated, so I'm really interested in how they will challenge their real feelings with their expectations and loyalty for the MoM.
Shiroshii i think at the very least we might just be seeing more sinister motivations from MoM’s side of things, one of the first things they need to sort out tho imo is why exactly all the foretellers would be following his plans. Sure Ira is pretty loyal to him and of course Luxu but what of Aced, Gula, or Ava at this point? What even is her stance on everything, where even has she been?
@Superslash I agree. There's an ongoing event in KHUX that reintroduces the events leading up to the Great Keyblade War in KHX as a part of the ReMIND, or so it hints at.
In the last episode of Part 1, Luxu mentioned that there's a page in the original Book of Prophecies that describes "the Master's intentions" and it's not in any copy of the Book that the Foretellers received. He said that to Ava at the hill that Ira and the MoM were talking in Back Cover.
It'll slowly are surely tackle whatever he wants and we already got the teaser in the Secret Ending. It's becoming clealer, but it's still too vague to dissect.
Speculation part. Feeling like discussing/analyzing it, but it'll be sort of long, so to whoever reading it. Sorry for that, please feel free to skip it :p
As to why the Foretellers are following him. This loyalty of theirs is not something you'd normally see. They were baffled by the prophecy of the Keyblade War, questioned things and fought with no personal disdain for each other. If I were to guess, I'd dive deeper into the mystery of the Daybreak Town. Looking at it, it's a rather large port town filled with kids, teenagers and adults to max age 25, if we count Ira and Aced in. It just seems like an artificially created town in the middle of nowhere for the sake of training the Keyblade wielders. But where does the kids come from, if the land is massive and there's no real means of transportation? Probably orphans, those that were traumatized and those that wanted to run away from the place they were born into. All gathered by the Master of Masters using the Corridors of Darkness.
Now as to the loyalty itself, I bet that the Fortellers and Luxu own their lives to the MoM. He either artificially created them, or saved them from death. That'd explain why they would be motivated enough to train under the MoM and trust him so deeply, abandoning their own feelings.
Not like they don't have their doubts though.
Ira is strong-willed, caring, intelligent and righteous, but prone to bottling up his own feelings for the sake of said loyalty. That's why he confronted the MoM on the hill and asked him, if they can somehow prevent the Keyblade War from happening. Then after getting bamboozled by the Master, he kind of got angry and then said he understands. Fast forward and we see him having doubts, but no objections about the War itself have arised. He just let the emotions be channeled through battles, though it's not like he lost himself on the battlefield(he saved the Player from getting killed by Aced). I doubt he's completely on the MoM's side, but we'll for sure see him challenging his own morality and his devotion to the MoM, which will be interesting to see. Poor whoever will have to fight him in the future installments.
Invi is the one, who's the most loyal to him. It's like she didn't even give a shit about the other Fortellers and the only real link she had was/is being one of them. Her role just ascertained that, because it was specifically constructed to let her assume a neutral stance and freely meddle with whoever she wanted. Her exchange with Ira was only, because he was deemed the leader and that's another order of the MoM. Any conflict she'll have will probably be tied to "envy" of the others' individuality. The way they can question things, instead of entirely giving in to whatever the Master will decide for them.
That goes in the opposite direction of Aced, who is obssessed with his own definition of order. He's proud and righteous. Obessed with the strength and assertiveness.
Aced is like the most "neutral" of all of the Fortellers though. All because he wants to be the rule-maker and see everything on his own. That's the reason why the MoM baited Aced into the whole leader ordeal instead of just ordering him to do a specific task. Aced is too unpredictable to simply control.
Will tackle Gula and Ava, but first with Gula then.
Gula is coming of as a realist, one that is smart and organized, but because of that too obvious and naive. His role was all about giving him a seemingly important task(handling the Lost Page) to satisfy his pursuit of uniqueness. He felt great for doing something of great importance, and that's why he's another victim of getting baited. It was given that one way or another the Foretellers will find out about the Lost Page and it'll give Gula all the worries he neglected. Gula got distracted from analyzing the role he's got from the MoM and at the top of that lost all of the trust he had. Ava did care for him to the end, and that's why you get that unrequired love vibes from the way he looks at her.
Can imagine that his conflict will have to do with facing Ava's decision to betray the MoM and his own betrayal PTSD. He's the most likely to join the Guardians of Light, if Ava did so.
Now for Ava. I refered to it a second ago, but she has already betrayed the MoM. We saw her questioning things at the plaza and venting to Ephemer about not knowing which path she wants to take. Ultimately she has decided to abandon her task of accompanying Dandelions and went to search for Luxu in hopes he'll lead her to the Master so they can prevent the War from breaking out. Then she heard what Luxu told her(the intentions of the Master, but naturally the dialogue bubble did not show anything) and got angry at both Luxu and the MoM. She hits Luxu and the shockwave rings the bell that as said, signalized the beginning of the Keyblade War. Going into the clutches of the War and she not only appeared on the battlefield and fought(she was instructed to not go and fight), but also disappeared afterwards. Have a feeling that she's the "Darkness" from KHUX, because of the recent teaser from Nomura and other evidence, but will refrain from it coz this whole analysis is already long enough.

Personally love the KH3's epilogue rendition better, but this is gorgeous
KHWaterBlock I think I do too, but if this becomes their actual theme used anytime afterwards now I wouldn’t mind, that rendition in the epilogue only would make it all the more unique
The epilogue version is probably meant to sound sinister because they’re hyping the Foretellers as Sora’s next enemy

This is one of my favorite pieces from the series now.
I believe the traitor and murderer are two different people. I firmly believe that the murderer is gonna bait Lauriam into betraying the others. The murderer will claim to know something about Stretzilia, whom Lauriam is willing to do anything for.
That anything might be betrayal itself.
All the Union leaders are traitors.
Ultimately, *Luxu* is the traitor, because he didn't obey his role to the letter by sitting back and entrusting his keyblade to successors for the Master of Masters to watch, simply possessing them himself.
In other words, *there is no traitor. There **_NEVER_** was.* The Master of Masters simply said that to plant the first seeds for the first Keyblade War.

A hub area, with people running around. Quests to go do, challenges to do, things to grind for, outfits to unlock (not pay for).
Just cut out the fluff from Union Cross, and you would have a solid game.
Only issue would be the combat mechanics, would they be turn based or action like KH3?

Random thought/theory I just had: what if under their masks, the foretellers all have the same face (clones, time travel stuff, parallel worlds, or other weird stuff)? Whose face would it be? Xehenort, the Master of Masters, one of the dandelion leaders, Sora? None of this really makes any sense though and would make the whole KH lore more confusing than it already is, but idk it might be an interesting concept...?
Don't give Papa Nomura any ideas.

Just done the first episode and I’m already pumped for the next ones. But I think I might know what the next ones might be.
*SPOILERS*
(Barring the first episode which is now out, here’s what I’m guessing Ep 2 and 3 is going to be, still adding Ep 1 to make sense though, the names for the episodes are not official)
*Final Episode Act I:* Forgotten Memories
Back to when the Player first fought Aced, they are swiftly defeated by the Foreteller who gets intercepted by Ira. The next day, the Player and Skuld seek Master Gula in hope of learning the whereabouts of Master Ava, meanwhile Ava encounters a familiar black coated figure...
*Final Episode Act II:* The bell tolls...
The Player and Skuld learn about the Lost Page from Master Gula, Ava learns the truth about the traitor and angrily strikes Luxu with her Keyblade signifying the beginning of The Keyblade War. The Player and Skuld split up and the Player encounters the Dark Chirithy, learning the truth behind its origin...
*Final Episode Act III:* The Keyblade War
The Keyblade War commences, and the Player is forced to fight each of the Foretellers (barring their own unions). The Player eventually collapses from exhaustion and presumably starts dying but not before seeing a grand light, and a old friend... the Player wakes up to find themselves in a forest, whilst a wicked sorceress gloats on how a certain someone won’t interfere with her plans.

OH...o 'eck. I think I just realised a theory...what if. Just what if...the Black Box...contains the Characters from the era of Chi? even though the Master of Masters told Luxu not to open it, he did so anyways? as a result. The Characters inside the box-namely Ventus, Marluxia and the others were released throughout different Worlds by the timeline near to when the events of Birth by Sleep begin to unfold? would that make sense maybe?
i still wonder; why didn't Ava show up after the battle against Xehanort, did Luxu want to get rid of her?...
At the end if KHX browser, Luxu told Ava his role, and she clashed keyblades with him after whatever he said right? That’s most probably what he meant in the epilogue when he said “I told her, clear as day, what it is I had to do.” It seems like Ava wasn’t happy with whatever it was that she learnt, and probably decided to rebel. I feel like even though Brain is the “virus” who’s rewriting the Master’s plan, it was on may have been on Ava’s request
Ava is the one Forteller that actually thought of opposing the MoM, which is why she's constantly acting uncertain and vented to Ephemer about that.
Ava had her job to establish, train and preserve Dandelions, but it's clear as day that this was just "on paper."
The MoM probably knew that she's going to go against him, and that's why all of the weird things are happening in UX in the first place(again the MoM probably knew all of this and that's why he manipulated both her and the Foretellers into doing as he wants by creating the roles and all of that).
There's a certain theory though. One that assumes that Ava is Darkness.
There are lots of evidence for it. Namely
-the KHUX start-up artwork to the right of Lauriam(the feminine figure wearing a black coat). To this, it can't be Strelitzia, since she died and went into the Final World and Skuld is most likely the Subject X.
-Ava's connection to Brain(the teaser screenshots we've got today are split into 2 parts, one shows 2 coated figures, the other shows both Ava and Brain talking together).
-Ava abandoning her duty as a superviser of Dandelions and joining the Keyblade War, then disappearing.
EDIT: If she is Darkness though. That'd mean she could still be around, and probably is. Luxu for sure knows what happened to her, it's just a question of revealing that.
