i use Bose quiet comfort 35 ll noise cancelling headphones (over the ear) at home, at work i use Skullcandy jib (in ear) and hey the last 3 months been taking lots of bone broth/ amino acids n all kinds of healthy stuff now and my hearing tests at work showed remarkable improvement in my hearing. i have noticed it esp.with music, i'm hearing new instruments in my old favorites that i have not heard before..oh and a huge NO for drugs. clean living, fresh air oh and gettng "Shpongled" when ever possible lol.
