Note that it is very important to use only a teaspoon for coating inside of engine for rust prevention. Using too much oil will prevent engine pull cord from turning over engine. It will appear to cease the engine. If you put in too much oil, go outside away from anything you don't want oil to get on and remove the spark plug and pull the cord. The oil will shoot out to the right of the unit about 10 feet. Now you can put plug back in and proceed with process.

Greetings from Russia! Honda HS 750 EA is a nice snow thrower. It is more than enough for personal house, especially if you need to remove snow from narrow pathways inside the house territory. Moreover, parking lot it can clean quite fast, but better to collect snow in small bunches with wide plastic snow scrapper (e.g. Fiskars SnowXpert™) and then during 5 minutes throw all snow away. Besides, this machine could throw snow behind the wall with height of 2.2 meters. I'm happy, that found this device and I strongly recommend for people, who live in town and remove snow after snowfall. It you live somewhere in mountains or in the far east of Russia or Japan (where snow height could be more than 2000 mm after one night), then it is better to buy a snow thrower with tracks.

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

You would think HONDA COULD HAVE EXTENDED THE DRAIN TUBE SO THE OIL WILL NOT SPILL ON THE CHASSIS !!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering about synthetic oils. I live in Minnesota and synthetics are popular for cars. Why not other motors?

I bought new machine and it is really good for snow removal. I have one minor issue where the spark plug cover ( red) due to vibration falls inside. I didn't loose it since it has attached by black wire. Is it common problem for this machine? Any feedback pls?

In this video they mention to use 21mm socket for spark plug, Can I use 13/16 inch socket instead? Will I damage if I use 13/16 inch?

It will be fine 13/16 = 20.6 MM .4 MM will not strip the sparkplug.
