Reminds me of my Benji, there wasn't a chipmunk, squirrel, rabbit, or a raccoon that ever came into our backyard. It's as if they all knew, that's where the killer is. Fearless, loyal, and had a Napoleon complex, I loved that little guy and miss him so much. Gave us 17 years of pure joy.
I've had my Jack Russell now for going on 12 years. I'm going on 83 & I've been on my own for the past 22 years - what a companion - always happy to see me, never argues with me, never asks me to fix things & best of all never asks for my credit card! In my opinion there just isn't another breed of dog to touch them.
You are fortunate. I lost my female jack Lucy aka "the biscuit" after 15 1/2 yrs of mayhem, amusement, companionship and love. She was indeed a loving, killing machine!
I've been to the vet thinking I was putting my Jack to sleep on 6 occasions through accidents and injuries. Hes 17 now, still going strong, hard as nails, great companion and family dog!!!
My Jack lived to be a little over 20. After her 16th year we questioned it. Someday she would slow down. But she still had her spry moments. I've since got her paw print tattooed on me. 2017🌈

Had a Jack vet said would only live to 2 years due to congenital heart defect. Fostered children for 15 years for 14 of those my little Jack chose the most vulnerable of my kids and slept at the foot of their bed as their ‘private guard dog’. For many of those kids it was the first time they ever felt totally safe. She passed away aged 14 and a half. I miss her with all my heart. Can’t get another one - will never be the same as my gorgeous ‘bindog’ (Bindi).

I just had to put my 12 year old Jack to sleep last week. My husband loved that dog, and after he died, she nevEr left my side. She died a week before the one year anniversary of his death. I know they are together again, and that gives me peace.I plan on getting a JRT puppy soon. They are the very best dogs.
Take him for a walk every morning for an hour and a half, allow him to do his stuff during that time, come home and he's no probs for the rest of the day. Did I say he LOVES the car ? Get the keys and he's at the car door before you are.

We used to breed Jacks. To speak of their strengths and drive I tell this true story. We had a friends male blue blood Jack over breeding our female. One day my wife comes home to check on them and on the back porch is Jack Jack covered in blood. It was everywhere. We adopted Jack Jack and he lived a long spoiled life with us.
I have a Westie. From the day we got him at 8 weeks old, his killer instinct was amazing to watch. It's in their DNA. I love terriers. High energy and great fun.
I raised a pair of Jack Russells for over 15 years. My male JRT was especially a pure hunter and caught everything that ventured into my backyard including rabbits, squirrels, other rodents, lizards, snakes, a mudhen, and one time even a possum that was running across the top of my fence. My JRT followed him for about 30 feet and waited for him to cross a part of the fence that was sagging, then pushed the fence post with his front legs to knock the possum to the ground. I quickly separated my Jack from the possum by prying open his jaws and forcing him to drop his prey. The possum played dead of course and I had to grasp my JRT to my chest to carry him away from the possum all the while my Jack let loose with a piercing terrier scream! Best dogs I've ever had the pleasure to raise.
They are amazing Dogs. Nothing gets past them. My neighbours has a JR, who took on a huge lizard who came in their backyard. They don’t give up easy. I adore them, they need to be busy and stimulated. 🐶🇦🇺💗

I’ve still got my one girl, who is 9 but my other one lasted until 17. They had 6 great years together. The Jack Russell is the most loyal, loving and hilariously funny dog you could wish for. I’m so blessed to have had two.
I had 2 but lost one in a divorce and the other, my favorite got bone cancer and died at 13. I loved those dogs. One I’m holding in my profile picture.
I also had 2 and lost one in a divorce, since got a broken hair bitch to keep the older one on her toes, the only dog in the world, everything else is just not in there class.
Love my Jack Russell Bella. She's beautiful and more energy than I could ever muster. She will be ten on June 11th and my birthday is July 11th. Can't imagine life without here.
I miss my JRT who lived 18yrs. Before 6 months, she killed and brought a whole family of possums to our door. At 12yrs, she single handedly moved a pile of concrete chunks and stones to get to a nest of rabbits. At 16yrs, she woke from a nap on the couch to jump 6ft vertical to catch a bird that flew into our house. Yet she was gentle as a lamb to our grandchildren. What a breed.
JRT's are so very special 🥰 My soulmate had to go to sleep at 14 ans is greatly missed ❣️ Have a new friend, JRT x Danish Swedish Farmdog now. Great mix! Thx for sharing video.
I have this fantasy about Jack Russell Police Dogs. Where the Canine cop has 6 Jack Russells all trained to attack a bad guy on command. (ps. I did say it was a fantasy)
I've had two Jack's. One lived to be 17 and other 15. I would constantly find one of them with a bird, mouse, snake or voles in their mouth aty back door just to show off their work. Loyal, loving, stubborn killers.

So true what you said about them being daft then turning onto a killer thay truely are the most forgiving unconditional loving fun careing and loyal dogs I have had the wonderful joy of raising for 13 years bf the littke famiky of there's i had had becine lost to me one to death the other 3 adopted out do to my family javing a house fire and losing our home however the 13 years i had the 1st one male Tug pure breed Akc the 11 with 2ed edition to the family a female pure breed named nibbles both as opisit as day and night in looks and personality but fell in love like husband and wife and then after 2 litters we sold decided that the 3ed would be the last and decided we wanted to keep aboy that looked most like dad, whom look almost exactky like the little rat hunter here well we en ed up with 2 boys that where the best addition to the whole family dog and human alike and thay sure where daft but did thay ever lurn qiuck how to protect I miss them with all my heart truly Christ like littke creatures
Absolutely spot on comment. Mine turns like you wouldn’t believe. From that butter wouldn’t melt look to determined killer in a heartbeat. Good dog!
Reminds me of my Jack Russell named Jack Russell, always killing rats and mice. Terrific hunter, great companion. He has been gone 4 years. We had 16 years together. Best dog I ever had.
😸😸😸😸🙌🙌🙌🙌
Gee they’re little beauties aren’t they? I’ve had Jacks for 20 years, super smart, loyal and funny.
I’ve still got my one girl, who is 9 but my other one lasted until 17. They had 6 great years together.
The Jack Russell is the most loyal, loving and hilariously funny dog you could wish for. I’m so blessed to have had two.
Love Jack Russell's.
Great little dogs.
So smart.
Showed this to mine, now he's developing a burial agency.
У нас тоже Джек, Джесси, ей 1,5 года, очень быстрая, умная, море любви и преданности. Мы ее очень любим, хотя ее энергия иногда чрезмерная.
I love my JRT Frankie, it has never occurred to him that he isn’t a Rottweiler. Once you have owned one you don’t want anything else.
I always said there a big dog in a little dogs body
The way he buries him at the end
I had 2 but lost one in a divorce and the other, my favorite got bone cancer and died at 13. I loved those dogs. One I’m holding in my profile picture.
I also had 2 and lost one in a divorce, since got a broken hair bitch to keep the older one on her toes, the only dog in the world, everything else is just not in there class.
Love my Jack Russell Bella. She's beautiful and more energy than I could ever muster. She will be ten on June 11th and my birthday is July 11th. Can't imagine life without here.
Yeah it's only a dog. Don't be all emotional.
Loved seeing this beautiful breed's hunting instincts, ty for sharing! Hes a very handsome smart boy ♥
Doing what it was bred for 👍
Amazing dogs !
...вот это парень!!!))))...образец мышкования))...умничка чумазая)))
Что-то Вы плохо о ДРТ думаете. Рассел не только земельный участок зачистит,но и дом охранять будет.
JRT's are so very special 🥰
My soulmate had to go to sleep at 14 ans is greatly missed ❣️
Have a new friend, JRT x Danish Swedish Farmdog now. Great mix!
Thx for sharing video.
Ah, what a good little hunter. It warms my heart.😈🥰
My Jack and I have grown old together, I don’t know what my wife will do if she ever has to live with one of us without the other.
Insomnia combines so well with random recommended RUclips videos. We never would have searched for this.
So cute! Jack Russells are the best 🐕
It is in their instinct to chase rodents like rats or squirrels or field mice. Lovely little dogs.
Better add rabbits to the list too.
rich wankers breeded it to hunt fox, they also owned slaves
I have this fantasy about Jack Russell Police Dogs. Where the Canine cop has 6 Jack Russells all trained to attack a bad guy on command. (ps. I did say it was a fantasy)
My boy does this with mice. Even in all the snow, he sticks head right in there and sniffs around.
What a splendid little warrior. Miss my JRT so much.
I love Jacks. Little troopers :-)
We have a jack russell x whippet. The most soppy little sausage u will ever meet. She sits talking to the squirrels at the back door!!
I have a jack Russell pug mix and and boy is she hyped up watching this.
Russell terriers are the best dogs, so clever and most entertaining.
Какой благородный пёс: убил и тут же похоронил )))
I miss my Jack so much
I have my JRT for 12 years , big heart no brain - same as me, he is my best mate. No one can give me so much fun as this little bugger
My Jack part tiny bit of staff Apollo recommended this to me. And he does the neck head shake like a connoisseur
Great catch, I had one similar like him best dog ever.......
I've had two Jack's. One lived to be 17 and other 15. I would constantly find one of them with a bird, mouse, snake or voles in their mouth aty back door just to show off their work. Loyal, loving, stubborn killers.
Omg the similarity is amazing!
My Jack I call Freckles, looks exactly like this one ❤️
My boy Alfie is a handful when out for walkies he wants to kill every other dog he sees but the minute you step back indoors he is the most affectionate adorable little dog you will ever meet...he loves the cat and often lays beside her jack Russell are the best!
Fantastic little warrior.
