Justification of the ability of practising what they learnt, and teach must be guaranteed before they prescribe ELIGIBILITY TESTS to scholars suffering from subservient quality, stress of invalid exams etc. imposed by these teachers, professors etc. themselves who actually pretend to be innocent, eligible and more qualified than many of the teaching and the taught. Eligibility exams without responsible, scientific and systematic professional training and certification to teachers have once again proved to be fool's errand.
