I was pregnant at 17 and kept my son who is now 39. He saved many lives over his career and is a beautiful, loving son, husband and father to my only grandchild. I refused to abort him. Life was a ton of hard work, ups and downs, but we did it and we grew up together. To this day, my son still tells me that he loves me every time we talk. Powerful movie!

@@mumbaichaking3192 I married his father when I turned 19 and we’ve been happily married ever since. We’ve had our struggles, of course, like everyone else, but we always stuck together. My husband and I both served in the military, 25 years for (hubby) and I served only 20 years, because I was severely injured while on military duty, permanently disabled for life and medically discharged. I have a busted spine and many other serious injuries. My husband was a flyer so I basically raised our son by myself, because my husband was always flying. I read the comment box before the movie, but I never expected such an end for this. I'm still in shock, great movie by the way, loved it.
My mom planned to abort me due to poverty, but glory to God, I'm still here.
And you're not gonna believe this, my beloved Mom passed away due to cancer in 2017[I was 11], the exact year this movie was released, it was heart-wrenching but I decided to become an oncologist, so nobody shall die of this disease. I'm not yet in med school, but I'll be soon there, so I want you all to remember me in your prayers...

This left me in tears. I honestly thought that Zac Ryan was alive and living the good life that was portrayed. Even if undesired this is still a life that God could have given. This really woke me up and showed me that suicide is no different from abortion, taking away the wonderful gift called life God has given to us. I'm more thankful than ever that I am still alive, able to see how terrible abortion and suicide is even if there's no mention of suicide. chockitkat I'm so glad you are alive. Thru all the storms in life, we all need to remember God promises us He will never leave us or forsake us. In my youth I thought of suicide, but was a coward so didn't try. That's one time cowardice is good. Actually I believe it was God's wisdom He gave me so I wouldn't. Sometimes life is extremely hard and disappointing as you know. But I know in my heart of hearts and you do too, Jesus is real, He is Faithful and True. He gave His ALL so we could live with Him thru eternity. That's our home. I want to fulfill His plan/purpose for my life. I hope to honor Him. You have pleased Him that you chose to live to face another tomorrow. May He always surround you in His promise found in Psalm 91. God bless you.

I had all things figured at! This ending just left me open-mouthed... In one month I'll be 80 years old... And I cannot forgive myself to this day... I know that Jesus Christ has forgiven me but I cannot. It's a very heavy load to carry for 55 years... I seemed to have all the excuses at the time. Few people would blame me for doing what I did in the circumstances I was. But it hurts. What gives me consolation is that one day, soon probably, she/he will meet me at the heavenly gates with opened arms and my heart will finally rest...

I saw that I was not obeying - and even insulting Him - by not forgiving myself! It was hard, and I cried much, but I did forgive myself. It was like a terrible heaviness had been lifted from me, and I felt free. Please consider my words and the words of Jesus!

I truly love the story ❤ but I was so sad at the end because I thought at the beginning that she would keep the baby and then when I saw her working the hospital and they showed little Zach I thought okay she did keep him but then I was so upset when she went to buy his Christmas gift and never made it home and her father was mean to him. Then when his father came around right away I felt that was his father. One of my favorite parts was when Zack went to ask his girl friend or advice, every word she told him was so beautiful and so true I will have to go back to that spot and write those words to share with the world because they are true ❤ but sill I was sad and heart broken at the end when they told how there never was a Zack 😢

wow. I wasn't expecting that end... Almost 19 years ago, I got a phone call out of nowhere from someone I didn't know. The woman on the other side of the line said someone had told her to call me. She was in despair saying she had an abortion appointment scheduled for the next day at 2:00pm. I was really caught off guard, I didn't even have kids then but I told her to reconsider her decision, that God had a plan and He would help her. As I'm encouraging her we got disconnected. I tried calling back but a receptionist at a hotel answered. I didn't know the lady's name or room number. I hang up the phone and my husband and I prayed she would choose life. I have prayed for that child and woman for almost 19 years and wondered what came about. I truly hope she chose life.

God gave kids a free cover until they are at an age of accountability, unless they totally embrace pure evil. which, yes, i know s0me do. there are SOME very evil kids in prisons, for LIFE- because they chose total evil. but aside from that, there is just ONE perfect plan that God has for aborted babies (& murdered children)--- THERE WAS NEVER AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SATAN TO GET HIS HOOKS INTO THEM, TO BRING THEM DOWN, DEFEAT THEM, TO SEND THEM TO HELL!!! they will NEVER see that place OR experience any of the hardships of life on earth. PTL!!!! yes! Heaven will reveal ALL of God's plans & rewards. PTL!!!

This punched me straight in the gut. We’ve had the honor of raising two beautiful ones who were not supposed to be, but beat the odds. They’re our BONUS ones amongst our crew of 14. I understand that both of their mommies were in very difficult situations. I’m only grateful and honored that these lived, and have been a huge blessing to many already at the ages of 35 and 30.
I’m sure that our Lord doesn’t condemn anyone unfairly. He knows all things. And I hope that anyone who watches this precious movie will receive a great impact on how PRECIOUS & PRICELESS every single life is …..

Well written, wonderful acting, outstanding messages. Wow I didn't see the ending coming. I have a nephew who was very excited that his girlfriend was pregnant, he was a senior in HS and was so looking forward to being a Father, his girlfriend seemed as happy as he was. Then her parents talked her into an abortion and nobody told him until it was done. He was devastated and the loss caused long lasting scars. His child would be 23 this year, 1 yr older than my grandson. I saw pain in my nephew's eyes when he was around my grandson and it broke my heart.

I'm praying that my son will go through the course, Forgiven and Set Free, as his wife chose abortion, and he was not in agreement with that decision. Praying for all the Dads in this situation. Thank you for a very thought provoking movie. I definitely wasn't expecting the ending. I am pro life and against abortion..
To every unborn life that's taken, there would have been God's plan for this child, in this case, this child would have discovered a cure for cancer as an adult..
Before we were even conceived God had a plan for us..
LET OUR BABIES LIVE! A good film for those who are considering this act..

It works the other way, too - an unborn fetus can also turn out to be the next Hitler. Or a rapist. Or a serial killer. Or a pedohpile.
You don't know God's plan. Only God does.
Perhaps God's plan is for women who are going to birth the next Hitler to get an abortion, so the world doesn't suffer another Hitler.
My body, my choice. Abortion is a woman's right.

@@Julia-nl3gq Julia ... that's why the world needs more ppl to learn how to love & improve - not to destroy & ruin/degrade life. julia, God will only forgive that which you recognize is wrong enough to turn around & never do again, & you actually ask forgiveness for! that's called "repenting".
i was a 7th pregnancy/child. my parents were very poor. we mostly lived off the land. 6 more live births followed me, back in the day before abortion or birth control or the "morning after" pills. there was a lot of hardship, going to bed hungry, hard work, & doing without. but, we were taught right from wrong, respect for others, their rights & their property, the value of the hard work we did... & we didn't get away from responsibility OR consequences. my children didn't suffer the hardships i did but, they were taught the same values & work ethic. my mother didn't believe in abortion when it came along. because of MY right to life there actually IS another valuable doctor in this world... he practices medicine in washington state. he has 3 beautiful children who are learning good life values & belief in the God Who created life, love, forgiveness, passing it on, & the rights of the unborn. you ever hear: "you do the crime you do the time"? take the consequences for your own actions like a responsible human being! murder on top of irresponsible behavior just makes a person a lesser person. & choosing a helpless child to take the consequences for you is a most DESPICABLE, SELFISH act. pick on someone your own size, coward!
the absolute ONLY, ONLY positive thing about abortion is that all aborted babies instantly go to Heaven where no rotten, evil satan can ever get his filthy hands on them to turn them into hateful, demonic, horrible, thoughtless, selfish ppl who would harm or kill another human being.... for that i am thankful but, they still deserve a chance here where they could have a chance to make this a better place. I was devastated to discover recently that someone i love chose to kill her unborn baby in this way. It doesn't matter whether that baby would have grown up to invent a cure for cancer; it doesn't matter what it would have grown up to be - good, bad, brilliant, disabled, successful or a bum. He or she was a human being, created in the image of God, and had as much right to life as its mother has, and as much right to make its own choices and its own mistakes. NO-ONE has the right to take another human life.

We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, the body of Christ. You keep on loving on her, truly showing the compassion, kindness and love of Jesus to her. Even if she pretends she’s okay, we don’t know how much she’s regretting her choice, how depressed she may be over it. It’s not too late for her to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and truly follow Him, & become born again. God may have placed you near her for this very reason. Idk, but I do know that when we behave as Christlike as possible, it draws people to Him. I’m praying for you dear Miss Bethany. May God keep and bless you and your family. Life begins immediately after conception but when it's terminated, we loose a doctor, a teacher, etc
I grew up without a father but I knew that he existed somewhere and he knew that I existed too and never took any responsibility even when he was capable, on the other hand he made sure that every person that wanted to support me stopped. I hated him so much and still struggling to love him and that has changed my views about men and life.
I just pray that God will heal my wounds and one day I will completely forgive and love him.

I wish I could heart this and send you some love. God does heal our wounds and He has helped me forgive those who have wronged me when I have asked for His help to do that.

@nchimunyamweemba5525 please forgive him and anyone else who has hurt or disappointed you. Release them from the cage of unforgiveness that you hold them in. Forgiveness is for you.
      Forgive them and forgive yourself.
      Matthew 6:14-15
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
I love you and I forgive you.

Lord have mercy on all of us... the poor women that feel abandoned and forced to make that choice, my heart aches just thinking of the guilt they must live with the rest of their lives, same goes for the fathers that are not even considered when making that decision... and the precious babies ... 😭😭😭

I am soo grateful my biological mother chose to give me life. I was adopted by a wonderful family. Though I have recently lost my Mom, I am forever grateful for the love I was given and the opportunity to live.
