    Avoid skipping and get yourself a rebounder (mini trampoline). It’s far better for your knees and is more beneficial than running - enjoy 💪

    Thanks for the a great video, however I'm not able to do any of them, because of the severe pain in both knees due to needing knee replacements and pain in my shoulders. Maybe one I believe.

    Didnt hear about lymphedema or lymph nodes removed. I cant put weight on my cancer side bc of this let alone do push ups and plank

      Did your health practitioner told you not to lift weights following an axillary lymph nodes removal? ... I had my lymph nodes removed and somehow no body seem to be able to give me a specific dos and not-to-dos exercise.
