    I learned this while looking at my eyeballs in the mirror. I realized I can constrict and dilate by focusing on pushing or pulling with my eyes. Actually helped correct one eye that was not centered in the eye and there was a small white area showing underneath it when having my eyes open.

    hey I know it's crazy times and you're killing it on the news updates! it's been very helpful to filter out all the lying and people talking out of their ass... Well, I know you're probably busy doing that right now, but I was wondering if you could do a video on HRV, or heart rate variability, specifically as it relates to the ANS. Thanks, have a good one :D
