The Lancia is the best for grip. I know we're not talking about that but that little thing can corner insanely fast. No tuning needed, just upgrade and forget. It only sucks at the oval track and the other track that's just a high speed challenge disguised as a grip one lol. BTW, loved this whole comment. Thanks for the keks

The way muscle cars hardcore fell off from their OP state in Carbon is unreal, from best to worst😂 Although I'm wondering how tf did the Viper end up so low, despite being one of the very few cars that can consistently hold its speed over 380 (or even 390) without Nitrous
The best part about the F1 is that you don't even need to tune properly, just put everything at +10 in Transmission and rest keep it at 0 with stage 4 parts
Finally completed Pro Street after years of trying and I will say the spreadsheet has really helped with that so thanks! I used the Impreza and M3 E92 as my speed lineup, the Subaru is a cheat code and it's perfect for top speed runs and the M3 is a very good car when you know how to get the best out of it.
I really thought the TT would have been way faster. I happen to have one in my fleet, and did some quicktesting on my own. Autobahn B, first run as is (meaning Stage 4 Handling package and Drivetrain but no Stage 4 Engine and Induction or nitrous, manual w clutch), Second run with Stage 4 parts reduced to Stage 3, still manual w/ clutch Third run Stage 3 parts, manual without clutch. I am running a setup inspired by your spreadsheet but slightly adjusted to fit my personal preferences. I also didn't use any NOS for these three runs. My results: Run 1 (partial Stage 4 + Clutch): 1:16.00 flat Run 2 (Stage 3 + Clutch): 1:15.95 Run 3 (Stage 3 no clutch): 1:17.59 Interesting to see how much results can vary between seemingly identical cars. I guess this is down to different hardware and controls used.
@@Marcy2200 I think its due to controls, the TT can maintain 400kph easily, the key to better course times is maintaining as much speed as possible through the corners, especially the banked turn where its easy to bottom out. Smooth inputs and getting your lines right does make a lot of difference, even more so on Ebisu, Nevada and Tokyo Expressway.
you should add stage 4 parts, turn off assists, add a spoiler for aero tuning, tune each car and play with clutch, all the times will improve by roughly 5 sec

@@scotty2905 Very simple: You install stage 3/4 suspension but don't update the blueprint yet. Tune your suspension and then revert the suspension back to stock. Then you update the blueprint.

For me on PS3, at Nevada by the end stages, the game seems to give me slme kknd of handicap by not allowing the car to shift above 4th gear. I tried numerous cars and numerous settings and no difference. Anyone else encountered this?

The 240SX should be at 15th with a proper tune, i have tried that car for speed challenge and it handles well.
He said it in the beginning. Stage 3, proper tuning.
