Waouhhh! Finally in my lovely country Rwanda!!! Thanks Sonny Actually what you had are dishes that people used to have. Nowadays the daily home meal is quite different! They just did it to entertain you and give the experience of how ancient Rwandan used to eat.
It depends on what part of the country you come from. That is in Musanze, former commune Nyakinama and people from that area eat such dry meals every day. Niba ukomoka mu majyepfo, birumvikana.
I’ve eaten most of this stuff because my family has kind of taken in a Rwandan family. Their food is probably the best I’ve ever eaten with my limited amount of experience with different food cultures.
I feel healthier and stronger just watching the preparation of the food. Such healthy, nutritious, wholesome, organic as intended by nature and God, food.
