You can def add some lightning and crucible knight incants while keeping the theme of the Divine Beast Horned Warriors. (Knight’s lightning spear cough cough). Even weapons like the blinkbolt axes and Ashes of War like Zamor Ice Storm and Divine Beast Frost Stomp can fit in too!
Exactly a mix build helps a lot whit the divine beast warrior theme because those are the same elements they use it's a very flexible build if you ask me
I think adding some lightning spells would also be in theme. And maybe also cold ashes of war. Maybe Roar of Rugalea too, considering the beastial nature of the theme
Honestly, as much as its decent but not impressive, I really like the Horned Warrior's Greatsword. Frankly it feels quite a honest tool than anything, more in line with the other storm based ashes.
Host/gankers are so used to ganging up on invaders that unlike in ds3 where host were actually really good, in ED, since they relay in the 2 cooperators so much, they are vulnerable. They are always waiting for them to serve as a distraction. Invaders on the other hand, we’ve adapted to this unfavorable conditions and found ways to win 3v1 and it feels so satisfying
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 but only if you win tho. My thoughts on 1v3 are the most of the time you encounter spammers. Nanayas torch, spear + shield combo, and the magic user 3 miles away, or rotten breath, swift slash, twin axes, sleep arrows, etc. All u can do in these cases is just roll and roll. When this happened in ds3, seeing an invader run down the stars in Anor Londo was so beautiful. You immediately ran towards them to balance things out. We didn’t know the beauty of that until Elden Ring pvp came to be.
Have a similar 138 build but went 80 dex instead of strength. Storm blade on keen flameberge and the zamor curved sword (scales with dex). Have just enough faith to cast electrify armament. Build slaps.
Do a sleep or death blight build, these are my favourite status effects but I know there aren't many options with them, nevertheless it's still interesting to watch
Such an honest into. I found the swords and ashes to be extremely weak as well. Typical from soft to give you wet noodles from enemies that hit like a truck and are cool af
Was this before the recent patch that buffed nearly everything? I read the tornado was supposed to launch targets up into the air, but it doesnt look like it.
@@ant3910 after a certain attribute distribution, Erdtree seal out-scales all the seals besides Golden Order seal, which only becomes the best one at max level.
@@MasonStoijck Golden Order seal becomes higher scaling at about 40 INT (assuming FTH stat is the same when comparing woth Erdtree seal), but like others said in this build Clawmark scales better with STR
Arc/Int is the hardest to build imo. The Briar spells require faith which means that you have to be a arc/faith/int hybrid. You can get access to bubble sorceries with Arc/Int but they are not easy to use and there aren't many meelee weapons that favor your stats either.
Hey, braggarts roar uncharged r2 will true combo into r1 on collossal greatsword, will oneshot 2200hp any armor below 25% resistance or just people with 60 vigor in general Has hyper armor to trade through Mesmer spear ash of war, moonveil bloodhound fang and collossal R1s Worth a shot
Activity on 175 is pretty good right now, I don't know how it will be in some months. A lot of spells have high requirements, maybe more people leveled up to not have to invest tight (that is at least my reason to enjoy 175 more right now 🙂).
BABE WHERE IS MY ZAMOR CURVED SWORD?!? (but yeah this build also applys to the zamor and some gravity spells to pull them in or corner enemies,, whew baby.)
@rabbitsinthemoon9183 fair. But a dex build with the Divine Beast Helm and the Enraged Beast Talisman (they boost the ash of war since it is considered a storm ash) with the Zamor goes hard for a frost lion build. 🦁
I have 9 characters all lvl 150. If I level up to 167 or 175 will I still see a lot of online play when it comes to invasions ? And what about when it comes to me using the furled finger to help other players
I have no problems finding invasions right now, often also with 3 players. I sat in the same boat as you, I have 10 chars and 8 of them at 150, I was worried too, but you easily can "risk" leveling one of them higher with no issues 🙂
Tornado is so satisfying to cast, glad they buffed it

These guys, if not killed from afar, are one of the most troublesome foes in this game.
Even more than banished knights from Castle Sol
Pretty easy to parry though
@@rexwrecks5227 Just parry the wind 4head
These dudes taught the Banished Corps. The dual wielding hornsent are really similar to those Castle Sol berserkers
The maniacal laughter always makes me smile.
Doing the job of a bad red man well, feels like no other.

I have other plans for Rugalea 🙂 but these plans already are a pain.

Divine beast is so powerful
Cold Dane's Footwork with divine beast frost stomp(get buffed by broken boulder talisman) is good at horned warriror build
You should carry around throwing daggers, or any fast weapon, because a lot of these guys are escaping with really low health

9:39 that running seems like something out of Tom and Jerry
Haha so true! 🙂
that one-two with the uncharged tornado into the R1 was very nice.
Did you record this before the patch? Divine Beast Tornado is supposed to have knock up now.
the air flinging only works for some pve mobs unfortunately

Horned Warrior's Sword is also good
Zamor ice storm and zamor curved sword aow are also buffed by the talisman
Yes but dex scaling weapons won't fit to much into this build.
Love this I basically ran the same build at RL80 and can one shot with divine beast tornado fully charged if it hits twice
Sounds great, cool that it has such an impact at least on lower levels!
Do a sleep or death blight build, these are my favourite status effects but I know there aren't many options with them, nevertheless it's still interesting to watch
Deathblight maybe, I did a DB only build before, but sleep is just very weak if you aren't having a lot of pots or arrows ready.

Yeah seems like it only works for PvE
Why clawmark seal ?
Pretty sure it scales better with Erdtree Seal
Erdtree Seal is for 70+ Faith. For this build Clawmark is the strongest.
Because it’s strength/faith bro, but I dunno if 65 str/65 faith makes scaling better

Gonna start a drinking game: count the Damnation Greatsword F2-spammers.
Haha you would get drunk pretty fast these days 🙂
Wanna see an Arc/Int caster which mainly use thorn sorceries and rot/bleed incantations. Wonder would it be available in PVP...

I did thatr build before SOTE, I thought about it but right now I favor other builds before that. Maybe some day!

Really wish that the horned warrior swords were just quality weapons tbh ;-;
Wish we got the lightning one too
Im curious how a bear communion build would go, for pvp
As if you could read my mind 🙂 well, I am not to thrilled by the results (1v3) but I will still go through with it.
This sword needs a serious buff. Terrible AR and damage for such requirements.
It already got buffed so I wouldn't count on it.
Would you say 175 is the new meta? Do you have any issues finding invasions art that level?
