It would be good to mention the angle to line out from at the end of the waterline, rather than just “up” : ) Because someone could place the brush at that corner, but angled in any direction. An option is you can follow (and extend) the angle the waterline already takes as it moves up toward that outer corner of the eye. You can continue that line in a subtle curve, as if the waterline kept going.
I tried a couple of people at Seint, but kept getting color matched with shades that were too orange. I do have a palette and some eyeshadows that I like, but the foundation just didn't work. I ended up feeling like the "tan" look was the hallmark, but I prefer a more creamy look. I have an olive skin tone, but blue-green eyes.
I definitely don’t use mascara on my lower lashes. Please don’t microblade your brows. Styles change, and a friend decided the look wasn’t for her. She spent a lot removing the microblading and it affected her brow growth by destroying follicles.

I will have to try this!
I use a highlight or concealer or foundation whatever you have for my eyelids before I put my eyeshadow over them.
That's awesome! Primers can always help it last longer too ❤️

It works for me but of course everyone should do what is right for them!
No offense but it looks like the eyeshadows are cheaply made. Not very pigmented AT ALL! 😢
I promise they are so pigmented! Each of these little tins lasts me months with regular use
