What i do understand is this is the perfect Rolex commercial.
yes !! he has his rolex on and he's dumping all the RMs :)
getting rid of all the obnoxious crap
Finally
The perfect Rolex commercial.
Yup that gold Rolex is not going anywhere
When your contract for being a spokesperson for Richard Mille ends.
🤣🤣🤣
If he wasn't an actor, he could have been a salesman.
@@genustinca5565 he's been selling shit movies for forty years
@@wormytom haha. Made 400 mln with it though
And Richard gave me this as a personal gift for...
great watch, right?
Im selling it.
He single handedly elevated Panerai from obscurity.
True and really too bad, they're a great tool watch that should have stayed within a sane pricing model.
His versions and input were a range called slytech 🤙🏻
They need to go back, and stay there.

Selling all his second rate watches and keeping the Patek's
Love it
while wearing a gold Rolly. lol
selling all his RMs before the RM bubble bursts.
lol, he just did a recent video selling all his Pateks.
So in other words Sly has gotten over his temporary Richard Mille obsession.
Hope i never get a temporary obsession for Richard Mille watches, awful looking things.
@@kevinparker461 alot of these crazy expensive watches are so just eye saws. Give me a Rolex, Breitling Omega , Zenith, IWC any day. Even brand's like Sinn, Fortis and Hanhart are awesome 👌
Exactly 😅
They probably paid him millions to sign a deal to wear those watches in some of his movies.
@@lonewolfemcquade8133 No, he is paid to wear them in movies. He probably wears unique custom made swiss watches from the highest makers, worth multiple millions. Look closely in the video and you can see he is wearing a solid gold timepiece on his wrist, probably made just for him. He won't be selling that one lol.
Stallone is such a legend. Love watching him talk about his watches.
ugly waches exept panerai
@@ΣτελιοςΝαουμ-ε4σ His collection is not to my taste either.
So agree.. the man is only speaking about high end watches & he is still a master storyteller... "Sly Rules"
Richard Mille is a watch you need to have a taste for, I prefer my Tsar Bomba over a Richard Mille. But I will say I do like the one he wore in expendables 3
He copied the life of chuck wepner and made millions off of it.
Dumping out the RM's and wearing Rolexes. He's getting there. 👏🏽👏🏽
Exactly selling all these toy watches to stupid people with way too much money and no knowledge about watches.
that's exactly what I wanted to put it. Dumping!
I was about to comment the same but I saw your comment. Great catch
lmao wearing rolex is not synonymous of having good taste and knowledge, just marketing, overpriced and waitinglist
@@navis2490 while Rolex is overpriced, a $250,000 plastic RM is astronomically stupid and tacky.
It seems that he is selling the panerai just so it wouldn't look like he's getting rid of of all his RMs
A lot of people are just putting down the Richard Mille watches and making jackass comments but he's probably selling them so the proceeds go to a charity, not to mention some of those colors are hard to match with your wardrobe
"The All Gold Rolex? No I am keeping that one"... Love you Sly! you got good taste for keeping the Rolex.
So friendly and humble. Very rare! Many people are just in the clouds. 2024
"Quick! Make another skull watch! We'll tell him i found the last one!"
LOL !!!
😂😂😂
I was thinking the same ...
I was thinking, they made a deal and Stallone paid probably twice as much for his... just says it as if he went out and found it.
So basically sell all the gimmicky crap, keep the Rolex...got it Rambo.
That Paneri is the first one that ever got attention... It will go for huge money. It is the start of the modern Paneri brand, without that watch, they would not be near as large as they are now.
And the only one worth buying
@@philmaurer7191 yes, this particular one that he owned will have value because he owned it. Nothing else about it is worth any merit.
@User 2389 I am clearly aware...
Still that one watch has value to alot of people.
And why sell at auction? After consignment fees wouldn't he have gotten more money selling privately? One would have thought a person with his connections would have no problems finding a buyer.
I need him to tell the stories of all of his collection. I love how enthusiastic his is with all of these.
Such a humble guy, great person, legend.
Richard Mill is rich people's G-Shock ;)

I wouldn't touch a Richard Mille watch, even with a pricetag of $50.
It's True. I mean he designs amazing watches but crazily overpriced and I have heard from people I know who have owned them that they break quite quickly and the cost of repair is insane!

Not only The Terminator, but John Rambo is now a playable character too in Mortal Kombat 11 - voiced by Stallone himself!
He is smart: selling the ugly watches is always a good idea.
Selling the ugly watches for a huge premium, because they were owned by a massive celeb. lol
Haha I thought the same thing. he's a good salesman though.. talks about them like they're his favorite
Dude those are beautiful and complex pieces i know people who would give up a arm and a leg for that Richard mille Piece
Those watches are ranged from 100k to a million USD
@@imkidnappedandforcedtobeth7770 i wouldn't pay $20 for one
Wearing the Rolex. Ditching the RM’s.
I love the Panerai. He seems to be confirming the "I found a Panerai" story and negating the idea that Panerai were brought to him in by Monty Shadow. Who knows?
The fist watch shows his age. He really loved that one, the leather strap is so worn out. Amazing.
According to Forbes: "Sylvester Stallone sold five watches in the auction for a combined total of $3,117,400, more than three times their estimate."
meh... pocket money
Of course, it's Stallone. Ayyyoooo Adrian!! I did it!!!
Provenance counts
Selling those Hublot pieces, sorry, I mean RM, that's probably a good call.
SHORT SUMMARY: Richard Mille is a fad. He is selling them all before the price drops and he loses all his money invested in them
This is the correct answer.
Do you think he's ok? As he doesn't need the money.

I was going to say he's getting rid of all the RMs since their bubble will burst soon...but guess everyone beat me to it! LOL
I know the feeling
Stallone is just total class.
his Panerai story is a complete lie....
I love Sylvester Stallone...what a great man. Hes so cool, down to earth (from what I can tell) and still a badass to this day
I love you Sly. But I wouldn't buy a single one of those watches.
The Panerai is almost iconic, but agreed on the Richard Mille.
Not sure about that.... The one with the skull looks pretty cool..Just saying.....
Most of us wouldn’t, mostly because we can’t afford them 🤣
The Panerai is all right but forget the RMs.
I would buy the Pam.
The only one I'd be interested in is the Panerai, it has history and it's tasteful. Nothing against RM ability to make incredible movements, but the design to me is just cheap looking, almost like a toy. Doesn't matter anyway 'cause I can't afford any of those. Sly looks amazing, as always, such a cool guy.
They don’t even make there own movements; they buy them in from a supplier. Which makes the price even more outrageous.
@@wilkinson8707 Oh damn, you're right, I thought they did. Not that they're bad movements at all, but that was a bit of a surprise, not gonna lie.
@@alessandrozuffi5068 the movements are finished like shit under macro..it's embarrassing for even sub 5 figure watch..
RM's genius is artificially making the price astronomical for crap as it's clientele is looking for other's recognition of how much it costs.. they couldn't care less about craftmanship...it's look how much it costs marketing plan..look at the typical owner...it's still garbage.
@@cy4624 Yeah, Thomas here in the comments pointed out that they don't even make the movements and for the price I think it's simply unacceptable. Truly an artificially inflated value, I wonder what's gonna happen to the brand in 5-10 years.

Look at something like a Kikuno every single part is made by hand without CNC and only 1 can be made per year and cost less than this garbage.. RM is the Frank Mueller of current that will be outdated when the next trend hits. It's like a paisley print shirt no one will wear when the fad dies.
Look at whom he is marketing to..it's the "baller's" "douches" Saudi kids , every rapper in town who wants to flash "look how much it costs"
It was all downhill after the Panerai.

Even the more aggressive and industrial designs have a quiet elegance to them. Extremely classy.
The stripes across the Blake RM are actually representative of Yohan’s personal signature style of running with his hands positioned like a tiger’s claw... it’s not a sprinter’s thing, it’s Yohan’s thing.
Look at what Rambo is wearing, not what he's selling: pre ceramic gold Sub! Now that's something you don't see.
I still love my G shock!
😭😭😭
Sly going from his old, beat up watch he bought second hand, to being a spokesperson for Richard Mille is the perfect metaphor for his life. 🦅
My brain must now be sending cookies to youtube, because today, I spent the afternoon doing my own service maintenance on my mechanical watch and I turn on youtube and this video is recommended. My watch isn't as fancy as Sylvester's watches, mines just a 1950's Timex mechanical watch. I learned to service it myself, because no watch maker will service it, they feel it isn't worth the effort, so I learned to do it myself.
If I was him I would be selling too. The Richard Mill pieces are tacky. The Luminor is cool because it started a trend but big watch cases are dated.
Agreed. I hate people that wear the 39mm Rolex Explorer. 36mm for lyfe.
Totally agree. Richard Milles are overrated. Give me a A lange, VC, Patek, JLC, Rolex or even omega over those gauche monstrosities. They are fad pieces like Jacob Co pieces were in the 90s.
@@MJH211 the watches that you mention have great history. They are also one of the best watches. But RM is on other level. It is like comparing nice mercedes to buggati veyron. Though the buggati has no history but it is the better car in every aspect. Not even comparable. The same is here. New watches like richard mille fp journe are so much ahead of patek and a lange.

RM looks like plastic skeleton toy watches with an interface that matches pinball machines. Something you can find in watches from AliExpress.
I think he cured his baldness through the vibration created by his voice.
I thought this might be a sad video. A man in the twilight of his career and life offloading some of his beloved pieces before he passes. Then I saw the watches. He’s just offloading the flash in the pan tacky pieces.
yeah, i half expected a video like russell crowe putting his watches to auction because of his divorce, i was then laughing all the way until the end when most of his watches listed were those ugly round RMs that nobody wants.
Sly has plenty of time left! Just getting rid of what he no longer needs.
I love watches ....but it's not with my small budget that i 'll ever get a change to own watches like yours.
They are truly beautiful indeed !
Man I could watch Stallone all day reviewing watches
I'm enjoying my modest Seiko and Citizen watches;)
Wear a citizen diver every day!
Yeah, I wear my Citizen when going out on special events because it's slim and classy looking. Every day use though is my Casio G-shock with atomic clock, radio time updates and solar powered battery. Still going strong and looking good after 13 years of physically hard use, bangs and knocks. You just can't kill these G-shocks!
Hey both are great watches. I love my Skagens too. People always compliment them when I dress up and they’re light weight and cheap.
This dude is going to outlive us all, and film Rocky 100.
Wrong... if there is a rocky 100, I will be damn sure to be around to see it
Ooof...This is a BRUTAL video. Unloading all those horrendous RM "Muscle" watches while keeping that elegant Rolex on his wrist 😂 He's even selling the one Richard Mille personally found at his request 😭😭
🤣your absolutely 💯 right. He must have gotten board with the design. Unlike the Rolex designs that are timeless 👌
RM are also ridiculously priced, 200-300k, whereas you can get a new Rolex for 10-15k. I think it's smart unloading the RMs, in case of sudden price depreciation.

Rolex Patek mostly. He has a rainbow gmt and wearing a Rolex sub gold. His first watch was the yellow gold black dial sub but it's hard to tell if this is the one he is currently wearing
Sir Sylvester Stallone as he is known worldwide, is a great filmmaker, historian and a good father, the watches that he endorses speaks that it is beyond quality, as it is a masterpiece. Auction, is a also a good option, yet placing the items under his name as it is his pieces, these watches can always be in museums for coffee table stories with his autograph, as souveniers are still one of its kind and so as its endorser. Auto biographies.

I don't think this guy and his watch would do so well alone, together, in the jungle, without a director, producer, and catering.
hasn't been through the hell my Great Uncles watch, now in my possession, went through. He was a RSM in the Artillery Regiment during WW1 and was killed in action on the Somme battlefield,12th August 1916. The watch is in a fold out travelling case for his dugout that is stained from the Flanders mud. I often look at it and imagine it sat there, trembling from the vibration of endless heavy shelling, or held in his hand while he was controlling the heavy guns to a timetable, giving the orders to fire.
So easy call Richard, hey I need a watch… ok done lol 😂 love your Sir
